whats up house? i left nairaland for a while and came back to meet alot of interesting gists. Those kept the house warm. Im a student of Redeemers University and i heard there was some little controversy about the school.

Well let me give you some info. Im the first set of the school and i'm in my third year (begining first semester exams in 2days). I study physics and electronics and i think i am really privileged to study that course in this school. Im not saying this because im a student here, im a good critic if the school: check http://redeemersuniversity..com, but when something is good, you say its good. Among us we have a retired vc of FUTA, prof Kolawole, our vc, prof O. Tomori is a renouned man both in Nigeria and abroad. Infact when NuC came for the acreditation programme, Nov/Dec last year, they went with alot of good comments about the school. the schools web addy is www.run.edu.ng go check it out. this is just a tip of the ice berg. In terms of information tecnology, the school is far for its age. the airconditioned, selfcontained hostels is just to say the least. you can also use internet connection sharing. if you connection comes in from say usb (starcomms), you can now share it across your lan. go to connections, right click on the connection that has your network connection, go to properties, advanced, internet connection sharing. enable it. if you have multiple interface, you could put it say on the lan. plug in and go on browsing.
