Queensfield:
Well. Nigerians shouldn't expect anything less. If any of the above-mentioned accusations is a lie, pls point it out before commenting with hateful, unremorseful words. Nigeria is the seat of tribalism, discriminatory, corruption, judicial incompetence, and fraud. Period.

How many women/girls do you know that have been subjected to genital mutilation or kidnapped at school?

How many murder victims do you personally know?

And how do you compare a city in Jo'burg to country when talking about stats? Jo'burg is much more dangerous than any city in Nigeria, at least south of Abuja. I can't speak to what's happening in the north right now but I doubt Kano, Kaduna et al. are anywhere near as dangerous as Jo'burg.

It's bad journalism and outright stupidity.

I don't much care for their royal family or any of their wahala but they should at least learn to be objective in their hatred.

uuzba:

It fails because it is a government parastatal, and the people hate the government.
You only need to be patriotic and love government for government industries to work.
But majority of Nigerians hate government already. It's we against THEM since 1960 independence.

But once it is a private organization with happy staff/workers, it will work though not very well, but it will work.

Not true.

Look at all the failed businesses in Nigeria.

You need basic infrastructure for any business to survive. You need a degree of reliability, which is again lacking in Nigeria.

How long are you people going to waste talking about this nonsense.

From the time I was born until now.

Either sell or whole or dismantle and sell it but stop using it as a distraction for your incompetence.

You cannot finish anything that is peer to peer. It's a foolish endeavor. Especially in a country such as a Nigeria where the authorities are so bad at keeping tabs that they don't even know how many citizens they oversee.

Although we must all wake up to the reality that Lagos is going to be a vertical city twenty years from now and those locations would be prime location ...

If true that is a huge problem.

Eko Atlantic while a good idea for protecting Lagos from further erosion has proven to be a financial black hole and an avenue for doing what Tinubu and friends know how to do best... lipsrsealed

That is the problem right there, there is no room for assumptions, when it comes to land matters.

If the plans showed one thing and he received assurances from government sources then it was not an assumption. He did his homework. The problem is a lack of consistency from government.

Is it him that determines where the road will run?

So he even knew it was land earmarked for a road, and he built a resort there?

Mssheww.

Can he try that in UK or America?

Plus Tayo Aina needs to SHUT THE HELL UP, and go live wherever he wants to live, and stop trying to use Nigeria to shine.

Idiot too stupid and full of himself to see the big picture or read the legal provisions around the issue.

No, Tayo Aina, in those places you mentioned with your inferiority complex, you cannot build on a land you know has been earmarked for a public road, and then when time comes to build the road, you start instructing the govt where the road should pass through.

You can never try that in those countries you worship, Mr Aina.

He even mentioned Middle East.

Dem no born you well to try such there.

You did not understand or read the quote.

The person who quoted said that the owner of Landmark was aware of the road route and bought the land presumably safe in the knowledge that the road would run BEHIND his property. It was only this administration that altered the location of the road to run THROUGH his property.

All of these Islamic nations rely on kufr to secure their borders and to keep their people in line.

Their leaders exist solely to waste the oil rents that they collect.

The UK's largest chain store that only permits catalog shopping and never places merchandise on display is ARGOS. Anything not currently on the shelves in the branch one visits can be back-ordered and delivered to that branch usually in a day or two after payment is made. Due to their unique method of selling merchandise, it is certain that Argos has a generous and flexible returns policy.

https://www.argos.co.uk

Argos has been closing down stores because they cannot compete with online retail. They had to exit the Irish market entirely.

This fat white woman in San Diego was the head of a shoplifting ring. Car most definitely stolen...this dude can't pass a driving test exam if given the answers in advance. Two teenage girls drove a stolen car into my car and drove off...plate number showed car was stolen...nothing can be done. He wore a mast for a reason...

They will use street CCTVs to track him as far as possible...and look for someone with similar height and weight around where the car is abandoned or drove to...so he can still be caught ...but the business is probably insured so they will be fine. So so sad...can't be more than 17-19yr old...that's the America you never see in the news often.

What?

You see it on the news daily but Africans are too busy bad mouthing their own home to realize that other countries have problems too.
