More properties to be purchased in London on his behalf.

More unnecessary trips to the UK.

More insecurity.

I'm pretty sure this woman was born and raised in Nigeria, then moved to the UK.

She's a pretty well known bootlicking politician.

Can't fix a country broken from the top.

Can you as a citizen build infrastructures or provide resources to the needy?

Nope.

Nigeria won't be fixed in this lifetime, because the regular sheep like you believe that the wolf is your friend.

Until he eats all of you.

Then it will be too late.

😆

Like I said, too stupid and lazy to fix their own problems.

Want to reap where they didn't sow and are happy being treated worse than dogs in the meantime.

Foolish people.

If you want Japa, please Japa. I am not saying you shouldn't japa.

They can tax so much - eh you want to cry
And sleep. Your own money goes to tax and more tax.

You are not really the owner of your property because of tax. Property tax is something else.

Child support payment na another thing on its own- if you like woman, please be careful not to have many baby mama e get why.

Nigerians back home cannot understand until they come here and experience themselves.

I remember when my cousin was warning me about the Uk. I thought he was talking nonsense until I came and experienced reality. Experience is the best teacher
If you are doing well in Naija, please stay and visit. If you are struggling, then please Japa.

It doesn't matter how much truth you tell these fools they will still sell their lives (and bodies lipsrsealed) to leave Nigeria because they are too stupid and lazy to fix their own country.

Nigerian men will defraud you
Nigerian men will rape you
Nigerian men will murder you

I’ll feel very safe in the Lion’s den than to be in the midst of Nigerian men.

I hate Nigerian men so much. They make me sick!!

Is your father not a Nigerian man?

Is it he who caused you to disparage all Nigerian men?

I'm sorry that you went through such to make you feel as you do.

Anyway you will find out the hard way that there are good and terrible men everywhere. Just as there are horrendous as well as decent women everywhere.

There was a strike so there’s a backlog. You’ll have to give it time but it’ll be fine, most likely.

The Gathering Of Original Thinkers

The world is not in not in short supply of original thinkers, but their thoughts don't always find expression in the policy thrusts of government. In the
final analysis, politics of different shades come to play.

What should be of concern to clear thinking Nigerians is how to translate these thoughts into deliverables to the people.

Very few politicians are original thinkers. Especially not a crook like Tony Blair.

I wanted to see Paul Kagame on that list! That man and Rwanda are the pride of Africa today.
If not for leaders like Paul Kagame, I would probably argue that black Africans are not due for self-rule.

They should also invite Professor Patrick Lumumba to events like this. African leaders need be reminded that they carry the hopes of millions and start thinking outside the box.

Rwanda isn’t even the best performing country in Africa so how do you make such a foolish statement. Africans should not be denied self rule but people like you should be banned from voting.

Note that these orders were already cleared by customs before the strike, but not yet sent to Distribution Centre. The moment the strike was called off, they were immediately sent to the appropriate quarter for onward dispatch to different locations they're meant for.
To lend credence to this statement , I have 3 orders, one arrived the country April 24th,got cleared on 28th but was stuck at 'Los International'. The other 2 arrived May 3rd but could not be cleared due to the strike. Now the first order has been sent to Los Distribution Centre while the other 2 are still awaiting Customs clearance.

That makes more sense than for them to have been suddenly cleared within the past 24 hours.

We are hoping they resume operations today because I don't think even DHL and FedEx has been able to clear their shipments since the beginning of their strike. I'm sure they realize the consequences of their strike as billions of naira is being lost to this strike.

Hoping based upon what? Did they not just strike in January? What has changed since? I have not heard anything since to suggest an improvement in the situation.

I looked at your your link and did not see anything to contradict my stance just a Nigerian newspaper biggying up some diasporan Nigerians. I asked you to show me examples of Nigerian Wittgenstein, Shostakovich and Grigori Perelman but you showed something more mundane. The surgeon is quite smart though. Professor Gabriel Oyibo is in that class although his equation is not elegant.
It confirmed my suspicion that Nigerians lack control, emotional quotient , maturity and discipline to build strong institutions but would perform well if they live where such is available.
My nephew a theoretical physicist and research scientist got his PhD at twenty six and lectures at a university in Hong Kong but that doesn't mean Nigerians are smart.
The socio political and economic well-being of a country is directly related to the intelligence of it's citizens.Bank cashiers in the UK hold GCSE certificates but in Nigeria they are graduates and make more mistakes.Ask a Nigerian graduate to show you the pleiades in the night sky and he'll be puzzled.
When a people make choices that are cosmologically insignificant, selfish and meaningless, they become nonentities and their country will be ruined ,mocked and hard to live in.,any bells ringing yet Voting thief a instead of thief b does not make you smart.Smart youths would have formed their own party and elbow out the old. Oh, I completely forgot the youths are also thieves and guns were fired during the SUG elections lol.

They make errors in British banks too. The difference is the oversight, or lack thereof in Nigerian institutions in addition to the Nigerian tendency to try and run everything on a shoe string and cut corners. This leads to banks, including back office, being woefully undermanned as well as poorly equipped.

The other thing that you need to understand is that a lot of fraud and mistakes are covered up or dealt with quietly by banks in the UK.

Clearly you haven't been in the UK long enough to realize how stupid some of the people working in banks are, including investment banks.

You said that Nigerians aren't very intelligent which may or may not be true. The real issue is how spineless they are bred to be. They grow up in a might makes right society, a highly superstitious society and thus believe that those in positions of authority, those with power must have done something right to get there. Your post smacks of such thinking.
