nairalee: There is no judicious use of a population that quadruples in 60 years. You have simply made a rod for your own back. |

Crime / Re: Paris Police Wary Of New Threat Posed By Nigerian Gangs by mmsen: 10:36pm On Aug 28 |
seunmsg: Impossible when it's so easy to get real documents with fraudulent information in Nigeria, courtesy of the dishonest nature of the NIS. |
Crime / Re: Paris Police Wary Of New Threat Posed By Nigerian Gangs by mmsen: 10:34pm On Aug 28 |
nedekid: They don't think when they talk. They will be the same ones crying about their visa application being denied. They fail to connect the dots between their warped notion of intelligence and the desire of other nations to keep foreign criminals out. Nigeria will eventually become a pariah like Russia because of the short-sightedness of the populace. |

Osanoghodua1: If you are plagued by poverty the last thing you should do is have children. The parents are at fault. I'm sure some of them know what will and is happening to their daughters but will justify it as a means of survival. Followed by the disgusting men. 1 Like 1 Share |

Myrrhis: Why are you blaming the girls when it is their stupid parents who are sending these girls off to go and find work? It is the stupid parents who had no business having children to begin with who are to blame. 1 Like |

iampeterben: Everything isn't linked to you. Nobody cares what you people do so long as you keep your nonsense to yourselves. The problem is that you export a lot of your problems, just like the feckless Chinese and stupid Indians. |

Politics / Re: Open Defecation Takes Over 7.8km Along Lagos, Ogun Corridor by mmsen: 3:23pm On Aug 28 |
oglalasioux: It's not an African problem when it doesn't happen elsewhere on the continent, outside of west Africa. Incidentally it was the last people to stop trading in human chattel who still show no regard for human life in the 21st century. I don't see such filth in east Africa. |
Politics / Re: Open Defecation Takes Over 7.8km Along Lagos, Ogun Corridor by mmsen: 3:22pm On Aug 28 |
9jvirgin: That's why I laugh when Nigerians start talking about it's because they are African that all the nonsense happens. Tanzanians are also Africans, very clean civilized people. Likewise Togolese and Rwandans. But Naija. 1 Like |

Properties / Re: Lagos Government Seals Church, Others For Environmental Infractions, Noise by mmsen: 7:14pm On Aug 17 |
MrPOTUS: They have sealed mosques in the past. Whenever this topic comes up you people want to turn it into a religious war instead of addressing the quality of life issues that we all have to deal with. |

Crime / Re: Oba Adejuyigbe Adefunmi II Of Oyotunji African Village In US Stabbed By Sister by mmsen: 7:32am On Jul 31 |
Satazaa: The mormons do it. It's only illegal if you go to the American judicial system for validation. Nobody can stop you from having multiple wives if you keep it as an agreement between man and wife. 1 Like 1 Share |
Phones / Re: MTN Shuts Down Offices Nationwide Over SIM Blocking Outrage by mmsen: 10:46pm On Jul 30 |
Mynd44: Those Nigerians that you speak of used NIN to open the lines. Ask MTN why they did not do their job properly or why the NIN registrars made errors that caused later issues. |
Phones / Re: MTN Shuts Down Offices Nationwide Over SIM Blocking Outrage by mmsen: 8:32pm On Jul 30 |
Obierika: That's not what happened at all. Many Nigerians checked to confirm their numbers were linked to their NIN and were told that they were. Now the numbers that were erroneously blocked have been unblocked without any explanation or notification. The most Nigerian trait in all this has not been the stubborn Nigerians that you speak of but the spineless, authoritarian Nigerians who seem to have a hard time accepting that people in positions of power frequently make mistakes and because those errors go unchecked in Nigeria they are left free to err again and nauseam. |
Phones / Re: MTN Shuts Down Offices Nationwide Over SIM Blocking Outrage by mmsen: 5:37pm On Jul 30 |
DeeScan: I just checked. They unblocked my lines also. |
Phones / Re: MTN Shuts Down Offices Nationwide Over SIM Blocking Outrage by mmsen: 5:34pm On Jul 30 |
celestineteryim: The majority have been linked to valid NIN for years. The lines that were not linked to NIN were blocked years ago. The new lines that have been blocked are due to incompetence with regards to NIN, situations where errors were made and then later corrected. The other problem is that MTN lied or miscommunicated to customers. A text message was sent a week ago asking users to verify information which many did. MTN gave the all clear only to block the lines on Sunday. |
Romance / Re: How I Found Out My Husband Was Cheating And Had A Boyfriend (Video) by mmsen: 12:03pm On Jun 22 |
It would seem that a wildly disproportionate percentage of the men involved in the church, especially music activities, are homosexual. Why is that? 3 Likes 1 Share |

Travel / Re: Nigerian Man Arrested In Switzerland For Coming In With Laser Pointer by mmsen: 5:24am On Jun 01 |
KiNg0G: For presentations, it's an innocuous device that did not warrant any of this. Why are you blaming the man instead of the foolish Swiss authorities who overreacted? If this happened in Nigeria you would not be defending the authorities who overstepped their bounds. |

FreeStuffsNG: There's nothing sane about being attacked and persecuted because of melanin. It is only because colomentality has fully enter the Nigerian brain that the country is the way it is but I have yet to see or hear of any such nonsense on any of my travels in Africa. |
Politics / Re: Tinubu Inherited Economy, Security Challenges, Be Patient - Ganduje Begs by mmsen: 10:09am On May 30 |
The problems that he inherited were caused by the corpse from Katsina that he pushed on the Nigerian people. He is still to blame. 1 Like |

Blackhacker: Depends on which government. Many people passed through Federal institutions (universities and secondary schools) and went on to create wonderful lives for themselves. It can be done if the right people are in government for the right reasons. Buhari was never the right person. Nor was anybody around him. 1 Like |
