What is IB.....?

Me think it stands for Ibo.
No, IB stands for ineffectual Buffoon, it's a pet name for Jonathan.. copyright "The Economist" cheesy

I shorten cos it's offensive but since it's so apt, I made it IB as a happy medium..

How ya doing?

Not only Prof WS, Femi Falana, Pastor Tunde Bakare and all other Yoruba members of the SNG took to the street of Abuja and fought for GEJ against the cabals that wanted to prevent him from assuming the presidency after the demise of yaradua while GEJ's own kinsmen: asari dokubo, edwin clerk, ankio briggs etc all went mute.
Those ND people are in a class of their own, when they are needed to speak up, you'd never find them..

Why would you want that? Yoruba progress giving you nightmares?

Praying, wishing or physically putting out another man's candle will never illuminate your path in life... work for yourself, never against another's progress!! Just an advice.

Politics › Re: Sheriff, Kashamu Want El-Rufai-Amaechi Ticket By Killing PDP - NYM by modath(f): 10:26am On Aug 22, 2016

The group added that Buruji Kashamu was afraid of being extradited to the USA to face trial for alleged drug trafficking, while Sheriff was afraid of being tried for alleged involvement in Boko Haram activities and that for those reasons, they were ready to do anything to kill the PDP for El-Rufai and Amaechi.
These people are so ridiculous it's not even funny!!!

Sheriff wey siddon hin own Jejely before dem Fayose, Wike & co see a massive efon l'abata & brought out their axe to scoop free meat. Ain't never been & will never ever be free lunch in either Freetown or Libreville, there will always be a price to pay.

Despite all the drama & failures they've experienced, one would think they'd stop imposing people on the party like they planned to do at PH!!

PDP will NEVER learn, it's not in their DNA.

They change office equipment every year on paper, but you don’t get to see anything.

At that time, the four presiding officers had hired 400 aides with Saraki having 112 aides, Dogara about 170, Deputy Ekweremadu 60 and Lasun 58.
One day, one day, when we'd have had it up to our "temples" (neck not enough), we'll grow ginormous cojones & march to that den of corruption named NASS,& proceed to burn the whole place down.. 75% of this nation's problems originate from there.

If they are not padding budget, they are missing sessions so no meaningful bill that will advance the lives of their constituencies, or they are receiving bribe from the executives to look the other way!!

One single life and destiny changing bill, in 17+yrs, we've not seen one!! God punish lipsrsealed

Who goes to a party where there's no food and wine? What we have now is an assembly of hungry men who cannot find food to eat at the party.

A hungry man is an angry man. Now everyone is angry at each other.

Who will bite first and who will be bitten is what lovers of Nigeria are waiting to see in the PDP.

Politics › Re: APC And PDP Chieftains To Form A New Mega Party by modath(f):
MadamExcellency:
Even the title says the members will be drawn from APC and PDP.

By your analogy, if PDP must die by the existence of a splinter party consisting both APC and PDP "disgruntlants" then APC won't survive as well.

PDP survived after new PDP joined APC and didn't collapse but shrank so shall the same befall what remains of their parent party.

Had new PDP formed a new party without merging with APC, Jonathan would've been reelected.

I was of the opinion that rebranding Nigeria political system needs this re-engineering and modifications towards stability.

As I always say, In any climate where morality is negotiated to accommodate polygamy, why not be the third wife instead of the second? Three is more stable than two while four (- equals) is the best.
Da F is "disgruntlants"? huh shocked , polygamy is also an offside analogy, serving one individual is not the same as being accountable to millions of people with multicultural, multi religious and special predilections.

I'd have reiterated my point but 9 out of 10x you end up going the abusive route which is a programme that is almost non existent in my database..

All I know is that the best, freest and fairest election we ever witnessed in this country was when we had just 2 parties (SDP & NRC), there was no chance of making ethnic or religious argument.

Either or makes choices limited and more stable...

P.S... The exodus of the n-PDP left PDP in shambles, a repeat will ensure total annihilation.

Thx & bye.

Let's keep it simple, You said PDP will never die, I won't argue that with you, I have no desire for a long drawn out contentious debate... All I just want to pose to you is this:

What will become of PDP after the mass exodus of its members to a new platform?

Now they can barely keep their heads above water with the many govs and NASS they have, what will happen when the few heavyweight flee or is it leave?

Who will fund their activities?

P.S..I hope you are not deluding yourself into believing that a new party can be birthed in naija without political heavyweights?

Communication 101: always try to use appropriate words to convey your thoughts, you used a phrase that is the opposite of your intention.

Wike and Secondus will just job Atiku!! They and their acolytes will milk that cash cow till it kills over (pun intended)....

Atiku's inordinate ambition has robbed him of all objectivity and realistic view of his political stock, of which he never had much of so no one can claim bankruptcy..

Buhari recorded 3 failed presidential bids but one thing that always stood out was the fact that he always won NW states decisively and also recorded a very good % of votes in the NE as well...

I understand ambition but when someone has tried 4x and couldn't even secure Adamawa votes on each occassion (lost to Buhari during APC primary), should that not have impressed upon him the simple truth that money does not buy political relevance? action and "perception" are the main koko.

Atiku is a Fulani like Buhari so no one should drink the tribal Kool aid, some people just are naturally charismatic while some will have to adopt a different approach to even keep up..

This money wey just dey scratch him for body, he should try spend tashere on some of our promising athletes, maybe dem for win medals and we too go begin look am better!!

Politics › Re: APC And PDP Chieftains To Form A New Mega Party by modath(f):
There will be no "3rd" party... This is just PDP transmuting onto a new platform...

The brand PDP has been so badly damaged that the party people under the umbrella and their members on sabbatical in APC know it is imperative for them to move to another platform for them to even have a shot at loot ville..

They however can't be straight about it cos if they just moved and launched a party, the Press and Nigerians will drag them to filth, so they have to be "strategic" about it, make it seem as if PDP has been "snatched" from them & they have been left with no choice..

The drama with Ali Modu Shekau is leading somewhere and no discerning mind is in the dark about their real intent..

They ALL are only hiding behind one finger.. Form the party already, sure loss awaits Atiku. #fact smiley

I guess you are talking abt Atiku, but was that why u wanted to make urself PDP presidential candidate wt 5 PDP Governors as ur running mates come 2019.. Mr. Man tell us another thing, we already knw that Atiku is coming back to PDP.
Of course, to continue in his circle of failure lap...

P.S... Before you make reference to Bubu's 3 previous failed attempts..

1. Atiku trumps him in failure, he has attempted 4x now, '03,'07,'11,'15 and has drawn the short end of the stick with a bruised nose as Jara on 2 occassions... '07 & '11..

2. Bubu has never lost the NW votes, he always has that on lock, + a fair % of the NE as bonus.. Atiku cannot even win in Adamawa talkless of the whole NE.

No, having Atiku is no asset, he is just a dead weight with more than enough money but almost non existent political stock or relevance!!

BTW, Atiku is Fulani as well, so you can't claim tribal affiliation, he just doesn't resonate with their people!!! cool

Honestly, the back and forth is getting nauseating. It is high time we started seeing these men do time!

Check Al Capone's story out- dude was a criminal who beat over a thousand raps in his life, from bootlegging, racketeering, prostitution, drugs, etc, but the one crime which he made the mistake of ignoring and which ultimately sealed his fate was tax evasion (very meagre amount sef)!! Those dudes in the West take that as serious a crime as treason- why can't we adopt the same??

I just pity Mad Dragon recording studio housed within the premises. Wonder what they'd do now.
Tax evasion is like hara kiri in dem developed countries,na why dem facilitators in tax havens use fictitious names and shell companies to hide evaders identities...
