7 . It encourages mental laziness-- The individuals who are engaged in this unwholesome practice don't think of alternative ways of making money....

They believe they are helping themselves to what really belongs to them without bearing in mind that no matter the economic or political situation that has birthed this criminality, it must come to an end someday.

8. Environmental Pollution.. no need to type efistul.

9. Explosion Risk... How many times have we seen 40 burnt to death & begin to shout "Ikunle ooo"? Fiery death

10. It's not a "Job"!! Try pulling chics with "Na pipeline a dey buss oo"! cool

Products pipelines vandals can be shot at sight, no problem but not Gas piplelines vandals...

Gas pipeline vandals on should be castrated without any sedative first because unlike PMS vandals who do it for pecuniary reasons,

Gas P vandals do it to distress Power supply chain.. It is pure enemy action! Evil deeds!

Sometimes folks lash out at others due to frustration and whatnot, a situation sometimes informed by the state of the nation and their seeming helplessness in effecting a positive change or breaking away from the rut, the grind...

So, save I'm sure I'm dealing with a repeat offender who has the mouth of a hopelessly stubborn and irredeemable tomato seller as evidenced by his/her posts, I just ignore any seeming attack on my moniker or inane contribution to a wonderful thread and just move on. Even when the user's attitude has been confirmed to be one who talks out of his/her ass, I still let it slide.
But the state of the nation is a collective headache, even if some aren't hungry directly, the millions that depend on stipends from others are worthy of empathy.....

Dangote monopolized a lot of businesses for a lot of years which is not cool, we all agree but what power can we muster to do anything to him??

Making unfounded & asinine statements isn't going to change nothing... that's in the past now & even as it stands now, Nigeria needs Dangote more, the monster has been created already, all that is needed is wisdom & caution..

Messages started bombarding phones of the Northern senators, telling them not to attempt driving the cars in the streets of the north.
Anyone surprised about why northerners 90% of the time speak with one voice?

As far as they are concerned, the senators are on the war path with Bubu & the SUVs are part payment for their roles in the stand off!!

Most of the Northern senators are only deceiving Saraki, they won't "hold him down" when push comes to shove.

Nigerians are becoming weary of the APC administration because they believe their sufferings have increased. How do you feel about this?
The unfortunate issue was the price of oil and our leaders were not paying attention to what was happening. Other countries had started looking for alternatives even beyond the shale oil that has gone down done a little bit. America, the largest buyer in the world started focusing on electric vehicles and all this have been in the pipeline. So we have better realized that our mono-dependent economy is no longer going to serve us.

I was shocked when I realized so many people were busy sharing the largesse. I thank God thank that I wasn’t given anything. Maybe that is how I never knew they were sharing such money. But every government during election must muster money for it to succeed. You can raise money through contractors, businessmen and the rest. Not that you will carry government money and share it for elections.
I think his fear is that the moment he resigns, the people following him to court will reduce so he might think that, it will be suicidal for him to resign.

May be freed this week by EFCC

By Soni Daniel, Abuja

After being detained for about four days, a former Finance Minister, Senator Esther Nenadi Usman, has reportedly made a substantial refund of the cash said to have been given to her by the Office of the National Security Adviser, NSA. A competent source at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, confirmed that the powerful female Kaduna politician, who served   as the Director of Finance for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Campaign Organisation, reportedly received N2.5 billion from the N4 billion that was released from the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on the orders of Colonel Sambo Dasuki, a former National Security Adviser,NSA, in the heat of the 2015 elections. Esther Nenadi Usman EFCC sources claimed that Usman had unhindered access to huge cash, some of which the EFCC said came from the CBN.

According to findings, the former minister is being quizzed over various sums of money which were paid into her account. Some of these funds are to have been traced to her personal and  company’s accounts which she allegedly used to acquire properties in Abuja. She was arrested last Monday and taken into custody by EFCC operatives to enable her speak on what she knew about the huge cash paid to her during the elections. A competent source in the Commission, however, confirmed to Sunday Vanguard, last night, that Usman had been cooperating with the operatives  interrogating her. More importantly, the source said she had refunded an undisclosed amount of money to the EFCC.

Asked how much the former minister had remitted to the Commission, the officer declined to give details, saying he was not sure of the exact figure. “I can confirm that the former minister has refunded some money but I will not tell you how much she has made available to us,” the officer said. Asked when she would regain her freedom, the source said that releasing her depended on how soon she could make the money available to the Commission. “It is to be expected that the woman could be released on administrative bail as soon as she refunds the amount we traced to her,” the officer stated.

Hello @ozycy.
So i asked around...
The most consistent answer i get on regarding a "Mile 12-like" market where one can buy foodstuffs wholesale is a place called DIKKO MARKET, ALONG SULEJA ROAD.

Dont ask me for directions o... No idea... tongue

Some also say Karu market too...

Dunno where these are, but Good luck!
Dikko market is after Zuba, After the bypass into Suleja, drive down about another 4-5km, the market is by the roadside, can't miss it.

Karu Market is after AYA/Asokoro, Abacha Barrack (dem get some baddest roasted fish), After Kugbo furniture market, the drive down to the first bridge, ask for direction from there....

Karu market (15-20mins from CBD) isn't as far as Dikko, Dikko is over an hour's drive from city gate... No traffic & doing 100-120!!
