Until he's able to prove the authenticity which from all indications look seemingly impossible, handling him any party's ticket would amount to nonparticipation in the governorship election proper.

I can see the reason why Giadom and his gang would hope they can get a court to enforce the order as it were a few months ago; but that isn't the meaning of status quo! When a court grants a suspension of the execution of an order pending a hearing, it means everything and everyone can continue in their capacities, as it were. And when that suspension of the execution that order is lifted at a later date, it then doesn't mean that everything would be rolled back to it's original instance, as it were before the original suspension of the execution of the order. This is premised and predicated on the fact that governance and by extension life, cannot be stopped nor rolled back.

Long story short for those that are not intrigued by legal ramblings; Giadom is out of luck. Ajimobi's confirmation, baring any other legal discoveries for now stands. And in his capacity as the next in line would be the acting national chairman. Also, as it relates to Obaseki and Edo state's primaries screening presided over by Oshiomhole; all legally binding on the APC!

If you still don't get it; Can Edo state say all the contracts entered into by Prof Osunbor on her behalf are not legally binding? Or Imo state say they will not honor contracts signed by Ihedioha? Exactly! They can attempt to renegotiate it, depending on the incoming guy. Hence the reason Giadom is reaching for the stars here--at least he only has the earth to fall back to when he fails.
