Tompolo and Asari Dokubo have led people to cripple Nigeria's economy. Kanu is even a learner. That doesn't make touts like them intellectuals that are worthy of being engaged. Wetin we no go hear? Very soon, we will hear Buhari should debate Shekau. grin Kanu dey lead "intellectual march"..... grin
My Ask is very simple,

Just pull off the mask and rally for street credibility of your" intellectual" opinion superiority wrt NK's tout-like raskality on any Biafra soil

Your result would give credence to public acceptance of your intellectual stance.

Lol.

Obi1kenobi:
I never knew Nnamdi Kanu and his supporters were this terrified of their dunce of a "leader" being exposed for the intellectual fraud he is.
Kanu threw down his challenge knowing that no eminent intellectual would debase themselves to debate a tout. Suddenly, someone was willing to come down to his level and accept that gauntlet and he's panicked. grin You can't expect anything more from a charlatan. And his zombie base can't still see him for the fraud he is.
NK we know
Joe igbokwe we also know.
But...

.. .....
If only you can lead an intellectual March against this "tout of a man, NK" in any Biafran soil of your choice!

Then, all you said about NK would be tested in real world terms.
Lol.

You don't seems to understand where you are. This is Africa. Nobody will approve referendum because it is even the president and national assembly that will even grant it.

Then alternatively is a UN back referendum. This one comes with a heavy price. UN only come in when there must have been major crises that have claimed millions of lives. Now ask yourself..do you want any of your family member to be among the millions that shall die before the UN steps in?

I don't want to loose even my dog not to talk of a human being close to me.

Let us push for restructuring of the system.
This is 2017 and not 1967

Lets be Calm and watch as things unfold. Democracy is now in vogue.
Rember, prior to now, restructuring was a taboo word. NK has made it a national discourse.

Biafran flag was outlawed up to the point of umiformed men arresting anybody found bearing or displaying it. The story is different now.

There is growth for every movement. Even Christianity survived the growth stage, even the founder paid the Supreme price because of resistance.

If you lived at the time of Jesus when Christianity began, I can perceive same pessimism as you are displaying now.

All Eastern politicians playing hide and seek and sitting on the fence now would soon lose their popularity, sadly too late when the people desert them in search of their freedom. Remember, it is very hard if not impossible till someone performs the impossible task.

Keep calm and enjoy the movement out of Egypt. Be ready to cross the desert of civil disobedience before the promised land of Biafra.

I am based in Anambra precisely Awka. Yes I am aware of the situation in the SE concerning dearth of FG presence. The truth is that we push for restructuring of the system because seceding from Nigeria is not gonna be a walk in the park. It will not be easy. People might die and I don't want me nor any member of my family or in laws to be affected because of the madness of one man that his kids are in UK.

I have a family to protect. No sane person with family will beat a war drum. Not one.
There you go again.

It seems you are buying into the lies sold to the populace about self determination.

Where comes the war?

Who is fighting who?

Treat us as equal citizens.... .. . NO

Restructure the failed system...... NO(as voted by Senate recently)

Let us be.... .. NO

Allow us to decide where to belong to.. . NO

Then, we continue with civil disobedience till you give us date..

Where is war coming from?

Have you for once thought about the millions of lives potentially at risk, are those lives worth the next strategy?
There you go....

How many avoidable deaths do we record in a year due to poor infrastructure and bad governance?

Maybe it's better to lose lives due to systemic failures than fight for a better system?

If all is well with our health system, where is our President?

What is the fate of an average citizen on a minimum wage of N18, 000 who can't afford such foreign health care?

Don't misunderstand me. There thousands of decent Igbos that are sympathetic to ipob and massob but they are not supporting them to achieve the project.

Some prominent people like Soludo and Utomi even went to visit NK is prison does it mean they want a breakaway or are they also members of ipob? They are not.

It is only failed jobless people that want to cause distress and confusion so they can loot and kill other successful people. Can someone like Innoson or Ibeto support ipob? Are they a product of Nigeria like Dangote? NO
I can only reply you if you tell me the last time you visited the length and breadth of Eastern states and see for yourself the height of federal neglect?

You forgot that the fight for freedom is not for the privileged few?

I can only take your comment seriously if you can prove to me that any of those topshots you mentioned can que up in a very long line under the rain or scorching sun to cast their vote.

I'm tempted to address your skewed position and sweeping assertion on IPOB membership.

From all indications, you are asserting that all the Igbos who are sympathetic to this struggle, who demonstrated their unalloyed support by staying at home on 30th May, are all failed people in life?

What are you fighting for, if you are protesting against the elites and corruption, then it's a welcome development, but you are fighting for secession and the balkanization of Naija, something our enemies eagerly pray for.
I wonder what breeds agitation for cessation!

If fairness, equity, justice and good leadership is in place, who would fight for secession. Playing the ostrich by burying our heads in the sand, pretending all is well brought us here.

Obi1kenobi:
That is not relevant to a bunch of thugs desecrating a funeral. I don't know what the funeral has to do with elections in Anambra. Or disrupting a church service attended by Obiano. As I've said, they've been ignored and indulged a lot over the last 2 to 3 months (coinciding with Buhari's departure) and it's making them grow bolder, more aggressive and beginning to flirt with violence and intimidation. Eventually, they're going to overstep the mark and people will get maimed or killed by security forces. If they were smart, they would also strive to retain the support and sympathies they enjoy from the grassroots by remaining law-abiding rather than allowing their movement to be hijacked by thugs and touts.
Well said, however, He who brings home an ant infested fa ot should not be surprised at the visit of lizards.

If good governance and enviable leadership, without injustice, inequity and brazen disrespect to the rule of law, has been enthroned and seen to be enshrined in the fabrics of our National leadership from inception till now, that sympathy to the course of this agitation, as you alluded, wouldn't have been there in the first place. The struggle would have been most unpopular to say the least.

The elites have beaten the youths since independence till date. Forcing them not to cry or teaching them how to cry is most act of wickedness. The faeces has hit a rotating fan, what direction do you expect it's splashes to follow?

So long, too long

God bless lovers of fairness, equity and justice.

I fear for these people o. This is how some of them got killed for blocking the army barracks in the state. They will eventually overstep their boundary and people are going to get killed. You can continue campaigning for your election boycott, but public disturbance, incitement, hate speech and physical harassment is another matter entirely. Believe it or not, I know several sympathizers of the Biafran cause like myself who are increasingly repulsed from this movement because of the thuggery and needless provocation on display. Osibanjo has been steadfastly committed to ignoring these people and the likes of Obiano have been restrained so as not to harm his own citizens, but these agitators are going to find what they're looking for very soon.
Can you for once compare the aggressive vigor of these frustrated youths with similar vigor with which same elites loot the common wealth and future of same youths?

After the comparison, come to understand why the elites seem powerless to face truth!

If the Yorubas are wise, they should join the rally.

This will frighten the Northerners to hurriedly accept Restructuring.

Yorubas should also march alongside the Biafrans with Oduduwa flag.

Fani Kayode, Odumakin, Fayose and OPC leaders should lead the rally on the Odua side so as to frighten the Northerners to accept Restructuring as a better alternative to Breakup.

The answer ain't far fetched. Here is a logical clue. Fix the rest:

Hypothesis #1:
The lower the patriotism for a country, the higher the corruption.

Hypothesis #2:
The higher the patriotism, the lower the corruption

Biafra falls under Second Scenario

With those stringent bail conditions he was able to meet all he should be doing now is making peaceful consultations and laying strategies.
