PoliticsRe: BREAKING: I'm Not Giving Up To Cheap Challenges - Atiku Tells Tribunal by modik(m): 8:59am On Jun 25, 2019
muykem:
This guy level of desperation is second to none. Even novice in law knows that you are pursuing a dead case. I have been asking myself privately, how can a man with thinking ability ever thought that Atiku won the election. The election is between APC and PDP and it's not only presidential elections that was conducted. APC won highest member of house assemblies, they won highest governor seats, APC won highest house of representatives, they won highest number of senators. APC dominate places with highest voting strength. How can a normal human being will now think presidential election will be different? I don't just understand.
If only a zombie can understand, why won't you?

All those charade of results, Lol.

Good, that is why i said severally that all these electronic test runs were secondary and not backed by law.what the court will depend on is the manual means
That is so shameful for acclaimed Giant of Africa.

Using manual typewriter in computer age/era

Do we have the political will power?.

PoliticsRe: INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by modik(m): 7:45pm On Jun 15, 2019
netpro:
Atiku is not contesting the results announced by INEC. That is the main issue.

He has an entirely different results that is totally different. He said a whistle-blower got it from, wait for it - am INEC Server!

His own total is even higher than the one from INEC. Also Buhari even performed better in South East in Atiku's own.

Atiku is playing spoiler's game. The law is not on his side, because INEC is the only body empowered by law to conduct and announce results.
Head or tail, let the judicial process take its course.
PoliticsRe: INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by modik(m): 7:43pm On Jun 15, 2019
netpro:
Atiku said INEC has a server that they used in transmission of results electronically. INEC said we don't have such server. That is true.

The question is not do INEC have any form of server at all. That is NOT the question.

If I can explain, Servers are high-density computers. The INEC website like Nairaland here is hosted/stored/running on a Server provided managed by Web Hosting company. The INEC can run an in-house hosting operation or can just opt for a secured premium Cloud-based alternative.
How wonderful would it have been, if what you just stated up there is the exact words of learned INEC legal team at the honorable tribunal during their presentation!
PoliticsRe: INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by modik(m): 6:11pm On Jun 15, 2019
netpro:
I will ignore the sore taste on your comment.

At the bold, INEC say it did not transmit the 2019 Election Results to any server. Results were manually announced and collated at various centres.

It is now left for Atiku to prove his claim with supporting evidence and witnesses.
INEC said they don't have server.

True or lie

Where went over N2b earmarked for that?
PoliticsRe: INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by modik(m): 5:38pm On Jun 15, 2019
netpro:
Yes. But what of those that where manually accredited from the register?

Also is the card reader aware of the party you voted?

Finally the constitution only recognise the results announced and signed off by INEC officials, as well as party agents at the polling units. Any other results are inconsequential and not acceptable by law.
From the video available in public domain, manual accreditations are aptly documented and forensically verifiable.

The onus of proof of manual accreditations rest on INEC subject to forensic verification.
The numbers MUST add up.

If not,... my fears!
PoliticsRe: INEC Server: The Easiest Way Atiku Can Make His Case by modik(m): 4:41pm On Jun 15, 2019
netpro:
Guy stop abeg. Did you vote on the Card Reader or you thumbprinted on ballot paper?

Apart of being used to accreditation (verifying you are a valid Voter, the card reader is completely ignorant of every other aspects of the day's activities. Like where ballots where snatched, voters that went home without voting, those that manually got accredited, etc.
Card reader authenticated and identified each voter. Number of accredited voters is documented by card reader.
PoliticsRe: FACT-CHECK: Did INEC Receive Money For Servers To Store Electoral Data? by modik(m): 4:04pm On Jun 15, 2019
ivandragon:
Well...

I think there is need to clarify issues here...

INEC's position is that it did not 'collate & transmit results' electronically & not that it does not have servers (I humbly stand to be corrected).

Servers in the context of this matter also covers emails, website maintenance & other internet based applications that do not necessarily have to deal with collation & transmission of election results...

So what Atiku needs to prove is that collated results were sent (transmitted) over the internet to a central system in Abuja...

Who are you?@op
Once your fingerprint is scan it is authenticated and stored in inec server.
They have forgotten so easily.

Can INEC prove it is possible to hack into your SMS text message. If NO, how can you hack a transmitted biometric verification sent to database in server through same medium?

An interesting time ahead!
PoliticsRe: Video Evidence Of INEC Confirming E-transmission Of Votes To INEC Server by modik(m): 3:20pm On Jun 15, 2019
LibertyRep:
Strangely, Channels has blocked the video from its website. Maybe YouTube too will soon delete it.

But is it not too late to deny the existence of a central server at this moment?

Mr. Iginni was explicit enoigh in that video.
No way, in all fairness, the video is live on YouTube and will not go down at all. Watch it live on YouTube.

I weep for Nigeria.

BabaO2:
See, all these babyish and barbaric Dubai tactics and attempt to manipulate data through Russian consultants cant work in Nigeria. No INEC official will tell you that an outsider had accessed to their server, the best they could tell you is that attempts were made if at all they have the server. Hope atiku and his apologists know exactly what a server is and not in the context of Nigeria's erroneous understanding.

PoliticsRe: Presidency Speaks On Alleged ‘non-existence’ INEC Server by modik(m):
It is well

(iv) The SCR sends the data of all accredited voters to INEC’s central server, equipping the Commission to be able to audit figures subsequently filed by polling officials at the PU and, thereby, be able to determine if fraudulent alterations were made. The public demonstration also succeeded wholly in this regard.

PoliticsRe: Why Rochas Certificate Was Delayed by modik(m): 12:20pm On Jun 09, 2019
Cherrybae:
As a political analyst, and following series of consultation with some top politicians in Nigeria

I came to conclusions that the ruling APC purposely used INEC to delay the issuance of certificate of Return Rochas Okorocha to prevent him from contesting for Senate President.

This is a silently calculated plot by the ruling APC because once an election is declared and a winner announced, only the tribunal has the constitutional backings and powers to upturn that election results declared.

Justice Abang Okon last Friday ruled in favour of Rochas and ordered INEC to issue Rochas his certificate of Return.

As it stands, Rochas cannot be for the Senate President again and the ruling APC has finally achieved their mission.
