Max 2 for me and that's because i sometimes disconnect while charging to use

More users opinions please, we are willing to decide between s+ and m5. feeds us on ur experience on s+ cos that's what I think I would settled with.

i use the splus and its been awesome so far.
from thr unboxing which gave me a screen protector, a transparent case and a flip blackcover case. i dont like the chaarger though as its just with two mouths, i prefer the one with 3mouths but then this is a personal preference but i am inlove with the usb cos its the new type c which means faster charging and you can insert the usb in any direction. then the user experince, i dont like the stock launcher that came with it but it was easy to fix as i downloaded a new launcher for it. Then the display, very bright, the amoled screen looks natural too and not too saturated. the deal breaker for me was the camera. its so crystal clear, i must say the front camera is sharper than my note4 camera. all the blackheads for my nose dey show . the camera brings out every detail. i dont loike to talk much on battery cos i feel battery usage is relative. to some, its awesome, to others its not. All in all, the phone is worth the 39k i spent on it. i got the gold one and it sure feels premium. i heard the only diff btw this and the m5 is the battery but trust me. this one is pocket friendly and its definately worth it

Anther gionee phone killing it as usual, its so obvious the camera of this phone can compete with the very high end mobile phones. rocking the splus, the gold one.

Does anyone on this thread know that Tecno is sold in only this side of the world. Africa I mean. They're not even sold in China. Check popular international phone review sites e.g. www.gsmarena.com and tell me if u see Tecno listed. Please buy a GIONEE, any day any time.

nigeria is just a place to come and dump phones, substandard one at that. atleast, have your brand on the top tech websites so people can read honeest reviews.

just came across this post and if youve not still decided, then the phone to go for is the gionnee without doubts. you sai d it your self, the other "brand" dissapointed you, i also have fallen victim to that which just makes me cringe at the mention of the name. back to the topic, the gionee is much more better, after reading specs and reviews online. they have both specs based on camera and screen resolution. the deal breaker here is the chipset. the gionee is well optimized. trust me, you wont regret it. moreso you have tasted the other brand and you can see how it feels. why not give thhis brand a try

when i oppened mine, i saw a battery already in the phone and one in the box, i later called the person that got the phone for me and he said that it was a misatke. the battery in the phone as his, so yes the phone comes with only one battery

you can have a 3000 mah battery and still have poor battery life. for a phone to offer good battery life you need a chipset thats advanced and minimizes battery usage and a well optimized version of the android software on the phone. the gionee p5w has this which makes the 2000mah adequate

i always say that personal battery reviews are relative. asides from a well optimized os for the phone which saves battery. people always fail to close applications. all they do is to minimize them which makes them run in the background. the good thing about android phones is that even when you close an app, onc3e you open it aghain, it continues from where you stopped. hence closing as opposed to minimizing saves battery.

exactly!!!!! even their so called flagship is a flop. i cant even deal with the camera of the phantom5. even the lowest of other brands perform way better in low light. i got a camcon because of the advert. they made it seem like it was the best camera ever, i bought the phone and i was so dissapointed. since that day, i bacame a tecno hater

then again, the phone is 39k. its good for the price. you can always get a power bank if you not satisfied con honestly, battery reviews are relative

the battery isgood. i get 11hrs plus on heavy usage, which i think its fair enough

Can someone choose for me between this phone , infinix zero 3,infinix note 2 and xiaomi redmi note 3...... I don't know which one to go for

the indian verion is the one that is 3gb ram and yes it supports OtA UPDATE. the competetion here is between xiaomi and this one. forget them infinix. so its left for you to decide

The fast charge is courtesy the usb type C. i just keep falling in love with the phone everytime i touch it
