While registering your PVC online you have selected your Poling unit or ward you intended to use the card at, and INEC would upload your biometric data on that specific card reader and BVAS machine in that unit So as to prevent multiple voting and electoral fruad


In case you relocated before election go to INEC office or their website and move your Poling unit to your new ward



To prevent PVC card cloning, or multiple voting by same person, INEC won't allow your card work on two machines at different locations
