Eliminate cost of logistics, insurance and extra cost then no matter what Dangote sells his products Nigeria would make significant gain

Unlike his cement that tax are being paid on, Dangote refinery is built on Lekki free trade zone, payment would be made in Naira, and Nigerian NNPC is a JV partner with allmost 10% stake

So give or take PMS from Dangote would cost atleast 40% cheaper in SouthWest market
