PoliticsRe: Lamido Was A Secondary School Drop Out And A Failure -APC by Mohdadutse(m): 9:23am On Jun 29, 2013
CHAIRMAN of the Action Congress of Nigeria
(ACN) in Jigawa State, Dr. Abubakar Hassan
Fulata, has begged Governor Sule Lamido for
forgiveness for defaming his character when he
alleged that the governor did not posses the
West African Examination Certificate (WAEC) at
the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
At the resumed hearing of the case on Monday
at the Kiyawa High Sharia Court, the case took a
dramatic twist as the accused Fulata sought for
the complainant’s forgiveness.
The ACN chairman was remanded in prison
custody after he was arrested by the police and
arraigned before a Sharia court in Dutse barely
two days after his party lost its petition against
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at the
tribunal.
The accused was charged to court by the
governor through the office of the attorney
general and commissioner of justice over alleged
defamation of the character and image of
Lamido.
At the court, Fulata’s counsel, Dalhatu Shehu
Usman, pleaded with the judge no to read the
charges before the court because his client was
willing to seek the governor’s forgiveness.
The Attorney General and Commissioner for
Justice, Yakubu Abdullahi Ruba, who was also
counsel to Lamido in the matter, urged the court
to consider section 142 of the Sharia Penal Code
that stipulates that it is obligatory for the court
to read the charge to the accused even in
situation where compromise seems to be
reached.
The defence lawyer argued that it was
immaterial for the court to read the charges
since a truce had been reached, adding that it
might confirm that the accused had indeed
committed the crime which might prompt the
court to take a definite decision on his client.
The Sharia Judge, Alhaji Aliyu Muhammad
Abdullahi, however, overruled Usman, saying
that in line with section 297 of the Jigawa Sharia
Penal Code procedure, it was mandatory for the
court to read out to the accused his charges
despite the move for reconciliation, adding that
it would also guide the court on the actual
offence committed and its ruling.
Fulata, who was docked, pleaded guilty of the
charges of defamation of the character of the
governor.
“His Excellency Alhaji Sule Lamido as the leader
in Jigawa is also my leader and my godfather, my
friend and my political mentor, I solicit for your
kind heartedness to overlook and forgive my
declaration that you forged your certificate, it is
the work of the devil which has deprived our
years of close relationship,” the Jigawa ACN
chairman pleaded.

It is only in Nigeria that a loser with
the backing of the Presidency can declare
himself the winner, leading to the splitting of
NGF. This is a prerequisite for 2015. When
the President is defeated, he will declare
himself winner, the same way it happened in
the NGF. He will try to split the country the
same way he did to the NGF.

PoliticsDUTSE ...from Village To City by Mohdadutse(op): 3:53pm On Jun 16, 2013
Today, the state capital, wich was once derided as a “glorified LGA headquarters“, has been turned into a sprawlind city of beauty and comfortl so mush so that Dutse now truely deserves its place as the capital of “the new world“ jigawa.
In may 2007 when lamido took charge of the state, jigawa was more or less a rural state and its capital not better than a local government headquarters. There were fewl if any infrastructure and developments required for a fully functional state capital and seat of government.
Six years on, the story has changed. Urban and rural roads, electricity and watersupply projects, educational and health institutions as well as decent housing have all turned Dutse village into Dutse city.
Thank you governor sule lamido for transforming jigawa state.

The great country of ours.

Why singing national anthem every morning at
schools and before the start of every event/
occations why?
“.......Nigerias call obey, to serve our father land, with
love and strenght and faith, the labour of our heroes
past shall never be in vien, to serve with heart and
might, one nation bound in freedom, peace and
unity.“
If presidential contestant will say he is from this zone
it simply means the anthem is not in line we either
change it or change our approach to this great
nation of ours.
Every body now challenge the security of NIGERIA
why?
Asari challenge peace, buhari challenge peace,
Farouk adamu challenge unity, GEJ challenge unity,
NGF divide the country, why?
We need a nationalistic person as a leader, we need
general overhaul with societal reorentation.
We talk about transformation agenda, the
uncensored, unedited document that even “the oga
at the top“ cannot read through, how can you
transform what you dont know?
We really need change.
Change 2015.

GOVERNOR JANG DRAGS BARRISTER DALUNG TO
COURT:
The One billion naira libel suit instituted by the
defeated yet self acclaimed Chairman of the 15
Member Nigerian Governors Forum, Da Jonah Jang
against the Human Rights Crusader and
Internaational Commentator, Barrister Solomon
Dalung comes up for hearing on Monday, 3rd June
2013 before Justice Sirajo Plateau State High Court,
Jos.
Jang had sometimes in September 2012 dragged
before His Lordship, Justice Naron, however, his
Solicitors obtained order for subsituted service but
when Dalung got wind of the pasted Order, he
peronally went to Court to collect his service. The
matter was mentioned but on commence of trial the
Judge proceeded on retirement. It was re assigned to
a new Judge, which will now commence de novo
meaning starting from the beginning.
Governor Jang went to Court alleginng that Dalung
granted an interview to an International media
accusing him of incompetence, non performance and
failure to protect lives and properties as Governor
of Plateau State, as a result leading to escalating
crisis situation in the state..
According to him,, this alleged interview destroyed
the hard earned reputation as two times Military
Governor in Benue and the then Gongola States
before the world. Consequently, Jang is asking for
One Billion Naira from the Rights Crusader as
damages.
This legal battle of the powerful and little mortals
will be handle by over a dozen legal team hired by
Governor Jang and a volunteered Senior Advocate
of Nigeria assisted by a Junior, Bitrus Zulfa Rimven,
Esq.
Since, the stage is set for a David-Golliath show
down, all we require from you is the normal spirit of
solidarity supported by fervent prayers for justice be
done.
On our side, we are resolute and unshaken by this
development. We remain commited to the
promotion of good governance, equity and justice
no matter the circumstances. The crusade for justice
is a debt we are prepared to pay even with our
blood and so cannot be intimidated by anything.
With God we shall be victorious.
May Our God bring succour to predicaments of the
masses in Nigeria, amen.

election with 16 votes and went ahead acting as

send a human activist to court for telling the

PoliticsBoko Haram Vs Islam by Mohdadutse(op): 10:22am On May 26, 2013
BOKO HARAM vs ISLAM!
ISLAM: There is no compulsion in religion.
BOKO HARAM: Everyone must adhere to our ways
else...
ISLAM: Love all and be just to all regardless of
religion.
BOKO HARAM: If you are not with us you are
against us.
ISLAM: Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) lived peacefully
with Christians and Jews as his neighbours.
BOKO HARAM: All non-muslims must leave the
north.
ISLAM: You are only permitted to protect
yourselves when you are attacked first. And you
should retaliate justly but if you leave everything to
Allah it is better for you.
BOKO HARAM: We attack all who stand in our way.
ISLAM: A Muslim is one whom other Muslims are safe
from his tongue and hands.
BOKO HARAM: We do not care your religion, Muslim
or Christian we will crush any who stands in our way.
ISLAM: Innocent killing is a great sin. Allah has
ordered us not to do it! No human being has the right
to take life.
BOKO HARAM: They thing that God will not punish
them.
ISLAM: When there is a war. Women and children
must not be touched. Talkless of when there is no
war.
BOKO HARAM: We kill men, women, and children.
ISLAM: When there is a war, all non-muslims that run
into their places of worship or their homes will not
be harmed. Talkless of when there is no war.
BOKO HARAM: We bomb non-muslims in their places
of worship, we also bomb Muslims in their places of
worship and homes if we feel they are a threat to us.
The above are just few reasons to make our non-
muslim brother and sisters understand that, BOKO
HARAM is more of a political than a religious driven
group, there are virus to our nation & Islam.
They do not represent Islam. Rather, they are acting
contrary to other in most cases.
THIS IS INDEED AN EYE OPENER FOR THE SANE
PERSON & THOSE WHO SEEK TRUTH! WE MUST
WORK SEEK TRUTH! WE MUST WORK TOGETHER,
REGARDLESS OF TRIBES AND RELIGION IF WE
WISH TO PROVIDE A BETTER TOMORROW FOR
ALL.

ypzilanti: Nigeria has never had a Christian or Muslim ruler. Majority of the followers and rulers do not follow the tenets of the religion they profess, anyway.

Voting based on 'religion' is as relevant as voting for someone because he supports the same football team as you do.
Yp you really understsnd this concept.
PoliticsRe: Why Choosing Leaders Ever Have To Do With Religion Or Tribe? by Mohdadutse(op): 4:56pm On May 24, 2013
My point is that insistence on all these sectional considerations haven't helped us and can't. Should it matter to any of us where the President come from or the religion he practices? Shouldn't his or her competence, performance and ability be our concern? Until we imbibe this rational thinking, Nigeria may remain underdeveloped for a long time to come.
PoliticsThe Michaels In Our Midst! by Mohdadutse(op): 1:17pm On May 23, 2013
The Michaels in our Midst
I don’t know which bible verses that GEJ reads..but
they are certainly effective.Just when were clearing
our throats to ask him to question him on
Nassarawa…Rivers…arrest of relations of suspect
bombers and consequent release…and now more
powers under the emergency…one stupid Michael in
London comes to his rescue by killing a British
soldier. Now all attention is shifted to the Michael.
So be it. Who is Michael?.So far we know he has a
Yoruba name…which means he could be a Yoruba…
Benin Republic…From Edo State or even from Rivers
state..after Governor Amaechi is also known as
Rotimi…or he could even be a Bornu man who
adopted the name for the effect.
He has killed someone and there is evidence on
Camera..in a short while he will be appended or his
suicide note will be found.
The burning question is what percentage of Nigerians
are Michaels…what percentage of Nigerians commit
capital offences with impunity. Against this
background…those calling for regional war are
relatives of Michael…pension thieves are his cousins
too…the facrooks and bank ole are also Michaels…In
Nassarawa…Massob…and Of course BH …we have
Michaels all in our midst.
While we sympathize with the British government
and plead that they do not treat every Nigerian as a
Michael…please find time and identify the Michael
closest to you…he/she may not be in UK
