Turn off sharing. I have made over $500 in just two months on Fiverr. It is quite small but it has really helped me on a long-run. What baffles me is that I have earned this amount as a novice. I believe with time and dedication to it I can make more out of it.

Definately. You are going to take some very general courses. English will be taken in year one, the year two will be different, those have to do with Nigeria, or histories in general. Those are compulsory courses to be taken by every students irrespective of their department.

nice contribution bro. i also started with a mobile phone. i started my first online business with a nokia 2700c. it was really tedious.i had a friend that was capable of sourcing genuine jamb answers as at then, i learn about basic html using the phone, set up a site on blogger for us and acquired a godaddy domain. it was not easy but it is much better to start that way than to wait for a computer. less i forget, the money i used in getting different guides on importation and started my importation business all came from the same source. #timeflies

Normal general courses. Maths, physics, chemistry, etc. And depending on your school you might be briefed through an introduction. Basically you won't be really taught civil engineering courses until 300L where the real stuff begins. By 200L you will take Engineering courses in general but not too tailored towards civil engineering except may be a few courses.
I dont know if it is done differently in some school though.
