I see what you mean. Thanks Kimsunh for helping out.

You must know this about the Secondary Market: it is what is available that they will tell you. It changes every second as it were.

Every tenor and rate has certain volume of money attached, the chances of it staying long on the market depends in the availability of buyers and the value of their investment. You may have 120days at 18.25% and maybe N12m of that tenor left. Assuming someone wants to invest N13m he cannot go for that rate becus his intended investment is larger than what is available whereas someone investing N5m can invest in same. The other day i was filling my form for a 332days tenor at 18.35% and what was available was N2m of that investment. Before i could finish, it was viam - empty grin Someone has picked it. Remember that the portal is same nationwide as i was told.

Happy investing.

Some are warming up for the Primary market come Wednesday 2nd Aug.
Yes ooo.. I am patiently waiting

I need to know about this TB or any other good investment/business
Thanks
Yon read from page 1. TB is controlled by the CBN, the minimum principal is 100,000.
There are two platform, primary and secondary market.

I thought about this already. Wanting just the profit and saving back the principal in USD would be a complete loss for me. The plan is to invest into TB full time with the money and keep compounding the interest as they come. Keeping the funds idle just for the sake of having a dorm is useless when i can make profit and still have my principal in naira. And like lancee said, I could have changed the money when it was at 490/$ and made double by now and I honestly feel terrible about it, but with TB I can definitely make up for the loss with time
The bold part is the login behind it all..

U re correct sir that is one of the places right now , I don't think i will ever see that rate in my area
Thanks for sharing.. Let's just make this money while TB is at a high right now.

If u re in t bills for a longtime you will definitely make up any loss [If there is any] I think the exchange rate is pretty stable for now ..Also it could go either way what if the exchange rate goes down by dec to 320 or 300

Had a domi account , when $ was 490 i didn't change i left it there now rate is 364 and the account not yielding no interest .If had changed it that time and put it on Tbills , that could have been a double profit for me

Best thing is to do your home work very well
I agree with you about one doing his/her homework, but the exchange rate is unpredictable. That was why I said, if anitank wishes to deposit the fund back into the dorm account, he may not get the same value. As a businessman or investor, I believe every kobo matter to us that's why we are all trooping in on TB right now.

Good morning.

I have two t-bills running and I'm so obsessed with having more that I'm thinking of taking out all the money in my dorm account to invest. My dorm account yields no interest for me hence this decision.

Who else thinks this is a good decision? Or not
Well think about it this way. Do you wish to take out the funds in your dorm for TB purpose only or you just want the profit on your principal? I think if you decide to save your principal back to your dorm. You could be running at a loss due to the changes in exchange rate.

Just my thought..

I just got 78days for 15%.. is this a good investment from firstbank??

Although i saw 18% for 176days which i could have gone for but i took in consideration of the maturity date that's why i settled for the former.

Plus in i signing the treasury certificate given to me by the bank?
The longer the days the more money you get..

Hello Lawyer,

Please I need your advise. My friend and I bought some plots in Abeokuta and after we had the survey done, it was discovered the lands are government acquisition. We are contemplating doing anything on the lands for now. Is there any way to go around this issue because we don't want to invest more money than we have done already.

Your candid advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

I am a bit confused by your question my friend. Testing network connectivity can be done in numerous ways.

For example, if you want to test LAN connectivity (meaning Inter-Network connectivity) what you could simply do is ping devices on your network. Some devices would include your network printer, another computer, your non-VM local IP address, etc.

To test and see if you have connectivity outside of the network, you can try pinging google.com. Let me know if this answers your question. Thanks!
When running the oracle virtual machine. If you need to test connectivity with the host. N.B. the host did not provide the ip address. How can one use the command TSNping

Read between the lines bruh.. You are always on the move due to the nature of your job and can't trust her anymore. Will your job change when you are married? NO. Think about it in as much that you feel you want to settle down and have someone you can trust, you don't want someone that will be a distraction later in life. If you can't tame her now when will you do it. Believe me some people don't change when they are married but can only get worse.

If i were you i will rather look for someone who is working and ready to settle down. There are lot of ladies in their 20s that are working already.
