Thank you Lord because you gave Sarah, Hannah and Elizabeth children you will give me beautiful children. Thank you Lord because you have removed every implantation in my womb stopping my babies from staying in my womb till full term.

Yes o mummy! With God all things are possible. If he could remove the shackles of infertility from me in my forties he can do it for mamas and papas in their twenties.. thirties...forties even fifties and above. I had my first child after almost 10years of childlessness..tears..shame..pains.. humiliation. My God did it for me when people thought it was over for me (without IVF sef) He can do it for any mama asking God for a miracle of conception and safe delivery of their beautiful children. Just believe and have faith people. He is still in the habit of doing wonders

It's been long we held vigil or even fast as one here in this group. It is time to come together and pray again like we normally do in the past. Let's ask God for His divine visitation on this matter.

Trying to conceive is mostly a spiritual thing. God alone is the one that gives children. Whether you are on a medication or suppliments or not we all need prayer...we need God's help.

I would suggest we hold a 7 day fasting and prayer with vigil starting on Monday 18th of this month to Sunday 24th of April.

Fasting can be from last meal of the previous day before 12am to 12pm or 2pm or 6pm. Do am as your power carry. Then vigil will be from 12am to 1am daily.

Praise and worship for the first 3days followed by prayers for another 3 days, then we can round up on day 7 with baby bump, that's hhe last day.

We need more suggestions and ideas. Mamas both old and new should support with ideas, prayer points etc

We tend to forget God's goodness when trying to conceive a baby. We forget how God has been good to us in other areas. Some of our mate are still looking for a good man not to talk of husband. Some are on sick beds, some are dead..some without leg or eyes etc. Here we are with a man, happily married with a roof over our head and food on our table and many other good things. Let's be sure we are not guilty of ingratitude to God hence the reason for the first 3 days of praise and thanks giving to God

Work with your fertility doctor or gynae dear. To bring on your period he will place you on progesterone tablets/pills, 10mg daily for 10days. Stop when your period starts/when you see blood.

Progesterone cream 10 days on and 12/14days of straight for 3months(some mamas were able to stay regular after this). Before stopping progesterone rule out pregnancy. Take a PT to be sure you are not pregnant. Do not Stop progesterone in your first trimester when pregnant.

Work on egg quality. If your AMH is low(below 1 to 1.5) add DHEA to the cocktail. Eat healthy and avoid stress.

You can give cloves in in boiling hot water for 10mins a try. Drink when warm. Take this daily on empty stomach 45mins before meal, morning and evening a try. It work for some mamas.

Cloves helps you ovulates, and helps you have quality eggwhites mucus which helps dh sperm to meet your egg.

Regular mamas too can give cloves a try. Use after period and stop at ovulation. Do not use after ovulation. A lot of mamas testify by it.

There is this leaf...parsley leaf. It helped mamas on nairaland with irregular periods stay regular. You can read more about it. Mamas that have experience with it should please share.

Your AMH level is okay. You don't need DHEA. You can take other egg quality suppliments.

DHEA has its down sides..Don't take if your levels are high. It's majorly for people with low AmH.

I have been following up this page for a very long time.

TTC is not what anyone should wish anyone at all.
In my own case, period isn't even coming.
There was a time period didn't show up for good ten years.
Now, I am married and wouldn't want tod say I am confuse. First, it was Hormone imbalance, secondly, it's hypoplastic uterus, now Doctors are saying Ovarian Failure, some say I get PCOS.
Only one Human being...LOL (I am Laughing, but it's N0T funny.
I have done more than several scans, test, from Pelvic scan to Hormones profile, to Transvaginal scan to HSG. Which test have I not done?
It is not just easy at all. Consultations upon consultations, treatment s upon treatments.
I have gone for several treatments, Teaching Hospital, Private Fertility Clinic, Maternity Clinics, Orthodox treatments, different Concoctions, Injections, Drugs, abeg eeee.
I am not typing this to get sympathy, I am just typing this for you to know that there are people in this ttc journey that their cases are worse...

If you have PCOS try work on your weight and eat healthy. Portion control and intermittent fasting work best at reducing your weight(not eating after 5 to 7pm, take your first meal at 8am earliest). Some mamas got BFP with PCOS using Metformin and fertileaid. Don't take Metformin the same time as fertileaid. Give 2/3 hours gap.

Check with The Ark Fertility Clinic, Lagos. The owner has track record of handling PCOS cases. She TTC herself before God gave her children. She battled PCOS too. She is good too. If you need more info about her...like her direct contact etc get in touch with me.

If I were you this is what I will do:
1)Try not to stress over TTC(your marriage is young, enjoy your marriage to the fullest now before baby comes. Have s£x for the fun of it. You won't know when belle go enter sef) Stressing over TTC can really set one backward in this journey

2) Hormonal profile

3) Pelvic scan, tubes/HSG, rule out infection for you and dh, sperm check for DH

Black or brown blood mostly means old blood. If you still have not seen your period don't worry just try and do another pregnancy test after a week(you can do home pregnancy test/hpt). Sometimes we ovulate later than expected

Do you know when you ovulate? I mean around the time you ovulate. Be sure to be having s3x around the time you ovulate or every other day or at least once in 3 days. If you don't you may be missing the time you ovulate, this can cause delay.

Thanks to everyone taking out time to answer my unending questions, please ma’am, the coq10 I bought is 100mg vitamin d3 1000iu, but google states that for fertility I need 600 mg of coq10, can I take 6 tablets of coq10 or take the 100 mg like that because the pharmacist that I got the drug said that the 100mg is ok but in the IVF thread someone still recommended 600mg of coq10.

The person that recommended 600mg in the IVF thread is right. Not all pharmacist will know a thing or two about fertility medication or suppliments.

Take 100mg 0r 200mg daily if what you want to take is ubiqunol. Take 600mg or 800mg daily if what you want to take is coq10.

Ubiqunol is the readily available form of coq10. So our body needs to convert coq10 to ubiqunol before use. Just as methylfolate is readily available form of folic acid. If your body is unable to convert folic acid to methylfolate then that person will be losing out greaot, because some people can not convert folic acid to folate.

It's better to take ubiqunol (if you can afford it, (but if not then take up to 600mg of coq10 daily)

Some people are unable to convert coq10 to ubiqunol properly as they age.

Since you already have coq10plusd3
You can take 3 tabs twice daily

I was going to say momadav made a mistake in her statement about your FSH being ok but she adviced correctly about ubiquinol. Your FSH is high meaning ovarian reserve is low so you need all the good supplements you can to ensure only quality eggs are released. Add ubiquinol to what you are taking. You will benefit greatly by following the IVF thread to see how the ladies prepare their bodies for IVF.

You are on point It was an oversight. Her FSH is way above normal.

You can, but don't take that high amount of vitamin E after ovulation.

You can discontinue DHEA until you do AmH. Taking DHEA when your level is already high is trouble. Do an AMH test to determine your level. Normal range is anything btw 1.5 to 4. Take DHEA if your AMH is anything around 1 to 1.2 and below. Ofcos with vitamin D3 and ubiqunol (and omega 3)

Work with a fertility doctor if you can afford it (because of your age)

Check other area of fertility and make sure you are good to go in those. Areas like your uterus/womb, tubes and dh/oga's sperm. Other areas needs to be okay too for conception to happen.

TTC is never a journey you wish your enemy. Please always try not to judge a TTC woman. Sometimes we tend to forget what it is to TTC after receiving our testimony. Oppression makes a wise man mad, the Bible says. When you are going through the Pain of TTC you do what you naturally will not do or say.

Please focus on how to help and not to find fault in her message, afterall she didn't mention anyone's name. She only said 'if'.

FSH is high(above normal range)
LH is okay
Prolactin is above normal range/not okay. So you will need to work on bringing it down. Dostinex works fine.

While at it, work on egg quality. High FSH or elivated FSH signals low ovarian reserve. Ubiqunol and D3 will be an added advantage.

For the block tubes I have read there are natural ways to unblock even though it takes time, but people have testify. There is a mama here that sells Chinese tea, you can buy that, start with it, do some castor oil massage religiously, if you are close to any ijaw woman that does traditional fertility massage please go there let them start the massage on you.

Ofcos 93,100,000 million per ejaculation can impregnate a woman. From what I can you are okay. I believe you have those negative part because you waited that long before taking the test. Next time don't wait that long. Ask your doctor how long you should abstain before taking a test.

Make sure you are eating well/healthy, take Wellman original if you are not. No tight boxers or pant/heat. Give your instrument some breathing space. Free am abeg. No smoking, alcohol or using any drugs that's not prescribed by your doctor(Doing so can affect your sperm negatively).
