Yimucao and xixian cao Chinese tea is great, with wobenzym. There is a mama who I know on this thread who took this tea right before IVF and she got her BFP. She too is quite advanced in age and TTC for about 8years before this miracle. Her Monika is mummy4life I think. Some other few mamas too.

Red Raspberry and Ladies mantle are good uterus/womb tonner. Strengthens the womb and cervix. I recommend taking this with some other fertilty teas. Take Fairhaven Fertiltea. It has combination of some great fertilty teas. A lot of mamas online (myself included) have great review with it too. Even PCOS mamas. I took this in 2012 and got pregnant immediately (about a month on it) but miscarriage because at 6 weeks. I didn't know I was to continue with progesterone after my BFP.

I used clomid at my last cycle according to my gynecologist prescription but I didn't ovulate. I'm on day 34 of my cycle now, no menses yet , I did pregnancy test earlier but it's negative

Use immediately. Yes you can start immediately. Some women with PCOS symptoms actually starts seeing their period when they used it. If your period has not started and you don't even know when it will start.

You can add fertileaid if you can afford it. Fertileaid helped lots of mamas with PCOS on this thread. You can give it a go. I pray it work for you in Jesus name, amen.

Yes dear. It's better you don't take high dose vitamin B6 before ovulation. Take after ovulation instead.

You can take vitamin B6 50mg the whole circle if you are not trying to conceive that circle. If your prolactin is very high you can decide to take Vitamin B6 straight for 3 months straight, you can decide not to TCC these 3 months. Add Bco. Try not to take B6 without Bco.

Oh my darling sister. This will surely end in praise. I very much understand your pain which will turn to joy sooner than you think. Please do not loose hope, keep praying. One day you will pray that prayer that will bring your miracles to you. That day is here in Jesus name. The day you will forget all the pain and tears, when you will carry your bundle of joy in Jesus name.

Please keep your mum away from all these. That will also help limit the stress you both go through. You can decide to tell her when your miracle appear. Whenever she ask just tell her not to worry hersel, that all will be well, that she should just be praying for you.

Try work on yourself before any other IVF treatment. Work on yourself for at least 3month before any IVF. Focus on your uterus health. At least 30 mins brisk work, jugging/skipping rope. Please stay active. This is very important please. It will help blood flow to your uterus, it is the secret of healthy uterus, which will help implantation. Belle massage too is good. Take good fertilty tea like yimucao and xixian tea. There is this uterus toning tea (there are quite a lot of them) I can't remember the name now. I will update when I do.

Take egg quality suppliments, especially if you plan on using your eggs.

Try another good IVF center. Mother Theresa IVF center. Try this place. Too much good things about this place. Google to get more info.

A good IVF center is not about how expensive but how good and updated the doctors are. Some of these fertilty clinic are just concern about money. I hear that you pay about 1,800,000 for 3 circles at Mother Theresa. The place is good. Please give it a try. And they keep you in their guest house until you do a pregnancy test. Their nurses will be the ones who will be giving you all your injections and meds when due until PT day.

Please I need help because I'm totally confuse.. I was diagnosed of pcos 2020. And since 2021 till date my period as been flowing without me using any drug. I even went for follicular tracking Jan,Feb,March and ne eggs actually grow which mean I ovulate . On April I decided to redo hormonal test and my progesterone blood work shows I ovulate again. Although my prolactin came back HIGH. But it seems it doesn't stop me try ovulating. Now why I'm I ovulating and yet can't conceive........ I don't even know what else to do again. If your prolactin is high then work on it. You may think you are ovulating and not. Secondly, how's hubby sperm? If not good enough work on it.

From your HSG report you can know if you have adhesions on your cervix. Also by checking physically. Speak with your fertilty doctor/Gynae.

If you have done a D and C before then get wobenzym, serrapeptase and yi mu cao and xixian cao. Get a Castrol oil, hot water bottle and do
self fertilty and Castrol oil pack. Do 4 days on and 3 days off before ovulation when actively TTC. You can do through out your circle until about 5 days before your period and during your period when not TTCing actively. Continue self fertilty massage and Castrol oil pack until you see results or do for 3 to 6 months.

Move people...TTC mamas move around. It's very important. Try stay healthy. Lose some weight if you are over weight. (Quite easy with intermittent fasting-google it, portion control and staying active)

Most importantly pray..keep praying until you see results.

You can try this for three months straight.
Take ewedu from beginning of your circle to ovulation. Take vitamin B6 after ovulation to when your period starts. Note, not before your period starts but till when your period starts. Vitamin B6 can help boost progesterone and you don't want it dropping before period incase you are pregnant. If you become pregnant speak with your doctor immediately so that he/she can give you progesterone. You need to continue with your progesterone suppliments until 16weeks.

Make sure those fibroids are not inside the womb/ uterine cavity. And also, if they change the shape of your uterus then they must be removed ASAP through surgery. If they are inside, it can stop you from conceiving. Even if it's just one small one. Speak to a fertilty doctor or a good gynaecologist. They can remove those insert the uterine cavity (inside the womb, the area where your baby will implant) with hysteroscopic surgery. This cost around 50k to 200k depending on which hospital or clinic you use.

Remember to take serrapeptase and/or wobenzym whenever any type of operations/surgery is done on your. This will help minimise or totally avoid scar tissues/adhesions.

Make sure you use a good diagnostic centre for those doing HSG. If your cervix is puntured or injured while doing HSG or any type of procedure scar tissues can form or develope in or around your cervix which could cause another delay...biko let's be careful and prayerful too.

Take 50mg Vit. B6 for 1 month or 3months(if your prolactin levels are over the range). Take b6 only after O. stop at af . Continue if bfp.

Note: Ewedu lowers prolactin and gives quality ewcm. Vit. b6 is simply progesterone.

Beautiful mamas and papas...hope we have started the vigil and prayer of thanksgiving for the wonderful things God have been doing in our marriages...in our life..for many victory has given us and many more he is yet to do.
