Infection is a great killer of sperm. Make sure you treat any infection then you will have great result on medication without which it may be like a waste of time, money..resources.

The least time for medication is at least 3 months uninterrupted, it takes the body three months to produce new sperm cells.

Eat healthy, free your 'instruments' as much as you can. Wear breathable boxer, not tight pant/underwear. No smoking, alcohol or illicit drug. Some medications/prescribed drugs can destroy quality sperm..so always remind your doctor that you are trying to conceive.

I have been TTC for 4months now.
Aged 31.
About a year and half ago tho, I discovered I have fibroids. And I have ever since been using combo, and going for check ups.
In almost all of the check up sessions(before I got married ), I was always told the tumors shudnt be an hindrance to conception.
Below is the Scan result I had in October.

A bulky size uterus in anteverted position-122×116×91mm in L×T×AP
The endometrial plate appears normal in thickness.
Multiple missed hypoechoic @ the posterior intramural ---47×37mm, posterior midline 70×65mm in size.
Also at d anterior upper segment within the uterine---
62×62mm, 49×43mm, 37×31mm in size.
Both adnexea are bilaterally free.

Yes dear, it is true that you can conceive with fibroids but it depends. If you have large and multiple fibroids (like you do)and trying to conceive it is better you remove them to improve your chances of conception, as fibroids can change the shape of your uterus and make it hard for implantation/conception. Fibroids can also block the passage of sperm or fallopian tubes thereby stopping conception.

But with God all things are possible.. fertility blessing

Some are lucky to be married at age 22 or 23 while others at age 48 are still praying to God for a life partner. Who are we to judge them? Biblically is wrong to judge people. Only God can judge because He sees us well and the battles and circumstances we have each faced. Be careful dear..be careful.

Even if she has come to seek your advice concerning her marriage you don't have to sound that rude, disrespectful or judgemental to pass your opinion. Jesus teaches about love, if we say we are Christ follower we should try and emulate Him.

The drug(Dulphaston) given to you is also progesterone medicine.
Cyclogest, progynova and Gestone are progesterone medicine. I also discussed the medicine with another doctor before use. You can conduct your doctor before use but from experience, a lot of people uses progesterone in early pregnancy.

Note: At this period, you need to reduce the way you move about, be on bed rest, no cooking or lifting of anything,no sex, no bending, don't take bike, no shopping for now and take enough water, only 30minutes walk is required in a day within the house

Sweetheart please note that progynova is not progesterone but estrogen. Do not not take estrogen hormone when pregnant except your doctor ask you. You only take it strictly on doctors advice. Please other mamas should take note.

I beg to disagree with this, the lemons grown and sold in Nigeria are completely safe compare to the foreign ones as the foreign ones might have a lot of preservatives in them.
Lime and lemons do not resemble as the back of the lemon is usually rough and that is what differentiate it from other citrus, lime on the other hand is very small and smooth and not good for TTC.
Most foreign fruits are packed with preservatives which worsen things for us sometimes, is better to to always source for locally grown that are in season, just my take.

I am not in any contention with anyone my sweetheart. Gone are the days I do that. If I advice base on experience and you choose to disagree it all good sweetheart. Just go ahead and take whatever you want to take dear.

I have used both 'local lemon' the Nigeria type and the foreign time. And I recommended the one that worked for me and gave me expected result. If you wish to do otherwise, it your choice dear. Good evening mummies, what can I use to improve my cervical mucus during ovulation, I don't use to see that egg white thing during ovulation but if I use ovulation test kits it shows that ovulation is near.

There are lots of things you can do. Just search this thread and you will see. Eat cucumber days before ovulation. Drink plenty water. Eat/drink grapefruit juice mix with water days before ovulation (do not take more than one or half per day). This will also help with ovulation. I read somewhere that too much of grapefruits is not good for you.

You can get grapefruits from our local markets. It grown in Nigeria. Even the pink ones..delicious
