Ewedu recipe.. am sure if you search this thread you will see it. Because its been discussed over and over in the past. Its basically cooked ewedu without the potash. You can season with crayfish, salt, locust beans etc if you like. You can make the same way you make your ewedu soup but skip potash.

Cabbage juice is gotten by dicing your clean cabbage, put in a blender, add water and blend. Sieve out the water/juice and drink the juice only 20 to 30 mins before food two to three times daily. Cabbage is very reach in B vitamins.

English lemon is the imported type of lemon. We don't grow them in Nigerian. I said English because I have had one mama one time said she bought lemon for N50/100. Those are the Nigeria/our local 'lemon' which I very doubt they are lemons. Do not use those. Those might just be lime or even worse. Not good for ttc mamas. The one I know is the English lemons. They sell them in shoprite, spa supermarket, everyday supermarket etc.

Good...it says you ovulate. Your result says you do not have problem with ovulation. Prolactin, even though within normal range make sure it doesn't go to high than normal. You can take natural food like ewedu juice and cabbage juice to keep it within normal range.

How about oga sperm? Your tubes? Your uterus...etc. You don't have problem ovulating. So check other areas.

Darling some believe that EDA is caused by infection. But I will say ensure you and hubby are clean from infection. Also know that you can not entirely rule out tiny fluid from coming out after s€x.

You could also try the above detox to alkaline your system. Ensure your vagin@ fluid is not killing the sperms. Try another s€x position like the one hubby cum from back. Just bend your buttocks in that position for like 30min or as long as you can. This position keeps sperm inside and hardly pour out.

Another thing I will suggest is if you are suspecting infection you could try sugah protocol of curing infection. She took some antibiotics recommended to her by a foreign gyne. She took from day one of her period to day 21 non stop with her husband. That same month she conceived. But be ready to take lots and lots of Greek yoghurt/probiotics. I also suggest you do not try this protocol if you have used antibiotic in the past six months. Allow your body to rest from antibiotics for at least 6 months before trying this method.

In all, please pray. It is God that gives children. We cant just sit and do nothing about infertility. And this is why we do what we do. At the end my dear, it is God. Sometimes TTC is more of a spiritual thing. Pray that God should help you along. He should direct you to what will help you conceive. Pray that non of what you take in this journey of becoming a mother should harm you or make your conditions worse but let whatever you use help your body to conceive. Amen

A short story, many years back I conceived after using fertilitytea and other stuff (a lot) and was happy thinking it was just the fertilitea not know that it was just God and perhaps Gods timing/chance. Because I forgot I also used progesterone cream which was probably what God used for me. I stop using the progesterone immediately after bfp (my knowledge was small then. Did not know you are not supposed to stop progesterone like that when pregnant) about a week or two after then I lost the baby. Sometimes what we think helped out might not just be it and most times it is just God's mercy. May He always direct our path in Jesus name. So dear we need Him in this journey.

Okay dear. We just have to keep trying until it clicks but be careful not to make matter worse. Always remember to pray for divine guidance. Tread with caution, try listen to your body and remember what works for A may not work for B.

Another thing you can try for fertility is English lemon (not our local one please). When you have fibroids some blood tend to stay in your womb after your period. When there is fluid left in the womb it can hinder conception most times. So try do some cleansing, detox. You can try fruit fasting. Try 7days fruit fast. You gain in two ways when you do fruit fasting. Spiritually and physically, if you know what I mean. You don't eat till anywhere around 6 to 9pm. When you eat, eat only fruits. Avoid orange during this time so that you don't have a running stomach. As you do this pray also for God help, and to remove anything hindering your conception and help you conceive.

Another way to detox is english lemon. Please do not use our local lemon. (English lemon is about N1,800 for 6/7/8, that was how much i bought mine then) Try a slice to two slice with two or three slices of cucumber in a warm cup of clean drinking water. Allow to stay for about 5 minutes, then drink. You can start after ovulation to the next circle and stop just before ovulation. This will help detox and alkaline your body. Sometimes too much acidity makes your vaggy fluid hard on sperms. This can kill sperm fast even before they get to your eggs.

No need for depression, dear. The fibroid is not that big in my opinion. Just don't do or take things that will cause it to grow and multiply. Avoid self medication and herbs. Just go straight to a good hospital or fertility clinic for them to manage you and try to get you pregnant as soon as possible. Avoid pregnacare conception, fertilaid and most fertility supplements for now. They will only increase the fibroid cos of the inositol and plenty 'ogbonge' ingredients in them. Inositol is natural clomid and best for women who do not have cysts/fibroids or who have removed theirs . The only one I recommend to those with fibroid is well woman Original. I took it before conceiving. You need simple stuffs now or none at all except recommended. I think[b] Wellwoman plus is OK too[/b]. Just check to be sure it doesn't contain inositol or ingredients that feed fibroid. Read up on fibroid growers and avoid or reduce them for now. Even some foods feed fibroid.

My advice is to just identify a good hospital and work with them while praying and hoping on God. Don't bother trying different different things so you don't increase the fibroid and waste money. N no need for operation. You can conceive with that size I should think. Just be fast about it with God's help cos they also grow with time. Above all, don't be afraid. Get informed, get going, continue praying.

Darling well woman is worse than pregnancare. Wellwoman has evening primrose. Evening primrose will grow her fibroids very fast if she decides to take it. I always ask people with fibroids or estrogen dominance ailments to stay away from evening primrose. Pregnancare Conception is far better because it is focused on conception. Most fertility clinic gives pregnancare conception (not well woman) together with other medication to prepare a woman for ivf. Some women get pregnant before ivf because those medications help in solving the problems of their not conceiving.

Most/almost all fertility treatment drugs will increase estrogen which will increase fibroid. And she needs treatment to get pregnant since she is not getting pregnant on her own. The food we eat increase fibroids. Food like eggs, yams, okra, milk, soya drinks or oils and so many more. So you cant not entirely stop fibroids from growing per say. If she doesn't treat herself and still does not conceive, with time the fibroids will still grow big. Her primary aim is to conceive.

So my suggestion is that she should get whatever treatment that will make her get pregnant on time in the next six months to a year. If she doesn't get pregnant and the fibroids grows to the extent of hindering conception after a year, then she can plan to remove it then. But for now, she needs to treat herself fast to help her conceive quickly.

For conception to occur you need your husband good quality/quantity sperm too. So dear, make sure your husband sperm is okay. There are test he must do to check his sperm quality/quantity. You should also check that your tubes are opened..very important too. When baby dancing ask hubby to come from behind and remain in that position for some time before standing up. Say like 30mins.. Try both positions.. missionary and from behind (where your husband will bring his instrument from behind).

You may be ovulating quite well and may not have any issues with that or need any medication to boost ovulation but what about other areas. Like hubby, your tubes etc. Please check and make sure other areas are well taken care of. Eat healthy, exercise and pray pray pray.

Hello darling..over the years we have seen that herbs often times do not reduce fibroids but rather increased it massively. Most herbs if not all are phytoestrogen/estrogen mimicking and will grow fibroids fast.

We may not have experience with wonderful cola, if you must use it use with caution. Do a scan to know the exact size and go back and do another scan after a month or so to know if they are actually shrinking or growing.

Best treatment for fibroids is surgery in a good hospital/clinic

Yes you can. But reduce dose after ovulation if you are on very high dose. Reduce to two or three daily after ovulation but stop immediately pregnancy is confirmed.

I just went to the nearest hospital to run the blood test. The poor state of the road to my HMO hospital in the next town has been discouraging and there is no reliable hospital in this my semi urban town.

My MIL prescribed bitter kola and I didn't really have much pains last night after chewing one. Mommdav, the stomach tightening is like severe cramps.

To convince the doc to give me progesterone, should I do a progesterone hormonal test to check, is that possible?

If the pain is severe not good at all. Start progesterone immediately. The progesterone should calm your uterus and stop it from contracting. Give yourself some bed rest for at least two days. Let hubby help around the house.

Bitter kola. You took a full kola? I thought you just leave in your mouth and not to chew it. More so chewing a full one in a night is rather too much. One bitter kola has whopping 200mg of caffeine! As a pregnant mama, especially at early stage of pregnancy you should take less than 200mg caffeine. This why most pregnant women stay away from coffee. Bitter kola can cause miscarriage. Please play safe and stay away from it. Just leaving it in your mouth is better than eating a full one at once or over a short time a day.

Drink plenty of water. Another thing that relief cramps is water. Anytime you feel cramps just drink water. Dehydration can sometimes cause contraction in early pregnancy. Do not stress. Just try and relax. Strict bed rest for at least 2 days. You can give your doctor a call if you can. Ask him if you can take 1ml of 250mg Primolut depot once or twice weekly to help support your progesterone level.

Three scoop each!! Who recommended you take three scoop each?! When it is clearly written on the bottle to use one scoop each, three times daily. And there is a tiny spoon that came with it that you must use. I hope it's the type in a cup with green cover you used. That's the one I know. I have seen different type in the market these days. Who did you buy it from? You should have asked the person you bought it from on how to use it. Or better still ask here. Please stop taking it and let your body rest. If we are referring to the same Chinese teas I know, then you are taking overdose. Please stop right away. And let your body rest for the next one week. Do not use after ovulation when actively ttcing.

Work on your prolactin. Estrogen is way too high. Reduce estrogen food/supplements or mimicking food or supplements you may be on. But from what I can see you most likely ovulated that circle. You may have no problems ovulating. How is Hubby's sperm? Work on other areas and I know you will have your bfps sooner than you imagine. Always remember to pray.

If you are unable to do in the morning because of work you sure can do it at night/evening before bed. Just massage and leave the water bottle on your tummy for about an hour. Do 4/5 day on, 3 days off.

Please I have been having serious stomach tightening that wakes me up from sleep since last week Monday. it has reduced a bit and I spoke to the doc this morning when I went for a confirmatory blood PT and he prescribed Salbutamol 2mg for 5 days cos he said it's a sign of threatening miscarriage.

I rejected it and ran to the pharmacy and got it, I had already taken one when I decided to Google it and it's saying it's not really safe.

Yes tatacherie is right. To be on the safe side take progesterone. Some doctors are nonchalant about this things(not on purpose though). Except if the doctor is a fertility doctor. Some of them just think you do not need progesterone or whatever care you ask for. You just have to press harder especially if you have TTC for some time before getting pregnant. And sometimes just dophaston 10mg twice daily may not be enough if you are very deficient in progesterone. You have to add injection weekly or twice weekly. Talk to your doctor darling.

Another thing that could cause tightening of tummy could be bloating. When a woman is pregnant the pregnancy hormones causes bloating. Feeling of fullness round your lower tummy or the whole of your tummy. So it could be that too..depending on how you describe the feeling.

Get an opk also do bbt/early morning temperature (after about 3 hours sleep, before you leave your bed or even touch dh)to confirm what the opk says. It works..Do it regularly for three months and you will be able to know around what time you ovulate if you do.

I said it on the post. Reduce stress drastically. Work on your weight if you are underweight. Are you? Take Ubiquinol 100mg daily for three months. A bottle of 120 softgels should be enough for the three months. Omega 3 fish oil with D3 1 softgel trice daily, or anyone you can get but the D3 is very beneficial for you. It boost ovulation/quality eggs. Take maca (1g ). Take fertileaid for women or fertilitea by fairhaven.

Orthodox (make sure you other areas are covered before doing this please)
Lethrozole (follicular phase), hcg (to release the egg/eggs) and progesterone (after ovulation/luteal phase)for not more than three circles. Work with your doctor biko. You need to be monitored if you decide to follow this protocol.

In addition to what the previous mama said.. reduce stress greatly, if you are underweight work on your weight. Increase your weight quickly if you are underweight. Your lh and FSH is low. Prolactin, even though within normal, it's a little on the high side. You need to stop stressing. Worrying and stressing does not help one bit rather it stops one from getting pregnant. It affect implantation and make it hard for sperm to penetrate the egg.

See your gynae/fertility doctor if you can.
You can start taking fertileaid (take for three months)
Ubiquinol (Take with 100mg daily)

If you are on prenatal vitamins stop and just take folic acid. Some prenatal may increase your prolactin a little as they prepare your body for nursing your baby as well. Take fertilaid instead.

Those mamas with high AMH (above normal) or PCOS should not take DHEA. DHEA only benefits mamas with very low amh (below normal low). If you have ever taken and amh test and your level is high above normal range there is above 90% chance that you have pcos. If you do, please do not use DHEA.

Another mama I can't remember her name now said something about fibroid inside the uterus/womb (submucous/submucousal fibroids). Fibroids inside the womb or bulging from the wall of the uterus to inside the womb) Best treatment for that is operative histeroscopy. I think its about 90k to 200k. Depending on the hospital/clinic. You may pay nothing if your HMO covers it. But be sure to use serrapeptase two weeks after treatment to avoid adhesions please. Very important.

To come back for a repeat hsg before flushing? But why if he can just go ahead and do the flushing. Or maybe he knows that the first hsg was not done properly. I hope the Doctor knows what he is doing. I always say listen to your doctor but some doctors are not knowledgeable in this things, some are not gynae, some are selfish and greedy (they just want to enriched their pocket alone).

I will suggest she work on her tubes first before going for a repeat hsg.

An hormonal test will put your mind at rest. Some very few mamas may ovulate but most don't. Do an hormonal analysis. If it within normal then you know that area is covered but if it isn't then you do something about it.

Some mamas will not ovulate if their polactin is high above normal. Their brain will send signal to their body not to ovulate. Some women do not get pregnant when they are lactating. So to be on the safe side please treat all above normal prolactin. There are lot of things that help. Really...bcomplex with b6 50mg twice daily, cabbage juice, ewedu leaf juice..

1000 Vitamin C is too much for you. Okay for dh but not you. You can break into three parts and take one part(which will be around 300/350mg). 1000iu vit E is too much to use through out your circle. If you must, use for just one circle and then stop after ovulation. Do not use after ovulation for more than a circle.

Dh will benefit from zinc.
Folic acid and b12 is good for you. You can use with vit b6 and bcomplex. Xixian combo very good. You can use on month three after treating high prolactin for two months and using serrapeptase. Pls take dostinex/carbergoline away from other medication/supplements. It may cause nausea for some mamas, so take with food, if you like take in the evening. Remember one tablet weekly. Remember to pray. Just to be on the side of caution, do not take serrapeptase the evening you will use carbergoline and the morning following.

Sure darling, when a woman sees her period it is the lining of her uterus that is shedding. I think another logic of vitamin C helping to reduce excess period is that vitamin c also helps increase progesterone.

Do you know that women take high dose of vitamin c to bring on their period or cause an abortion. Women in desperation to remove an unwanted pregnancy. Which in my opinion i think may cause problem in the long run.
