I also have another question concerning my mp it's is not regular anymore and it's scanty and watery. I only have it for 2days now but before it was 3days. At the hospital i was told it is normal but am still worried about the change since 4months ago

Rule out infection please, rule out adhesion (another reason for sudden reduction in period). Some type of medications too can cause this too.

Vitamin C for example can reduce your period. So mamas who have heavy periods can take 1000mg daily of Vitamin C to reduce bleeding (which is also beneficial if you have large fibroids and too thick uterus lining) drastically during period. It works before and during period. See? Whatever we take always have effect positively or negatively (God forbid)This is why we must ask questions and/or do proper research before taking anything whatsoever. Especially when ttcing. Vitamin C is very good but do not take excess when not necessary. Stick within 100 and 500mg. Except when needed in high does, like using 1000mg to reduce excessive menses.

For those trying natural medication for unblocking tubes pls be aware that you need yimu cao and xixian as well o. Please add them after about three weeks to month on serrapeptase.

No dear, fibroid surgery does not cause infertility as long as it is done with a good experienced gynecologist.

Adhesion may cause infertility which is gotten from scars inflicted on your womb while operating on you but as long as you gird against it you should be fine.

Plan to take serrapeptase after the surgery to stop adhesions. If after eight months of surgery you still did not conceive and you are sure other areas are covered (that is, dh is okay, you are okay, and there is no reason you shouldn't conceive) Take the serrapeptase again but this time with yimu cao and xi xian cap). Please do not take the Chinese herbs anything less than 8 months after surgery as it induces contractions. Also, do not take while actively trying to conceive. What I mean by this is, stop right before ovulation. Do not use after ovulation in the month you are ttcing. 10 days of taking this herbs 3 times daily does the trick for some mamas.

Whatever you do pray. Prayer work wonders.

In the mood of the celebration all newly pregnant mamas should pls take note:

1) Pray for yourself and baby/ies always
2) Stay away from strenuous activities
3) Stay away from paw paw, pineapple and mango
4) No pepper soup for now.
5) Some spices are not good for pregnant mamas. Be careful pls. Thyme in large quantity, thyme causes contractions (spices like udu, utazi leaf, utasi seeds etc)
6) Stay away from kaun/potash
7) Make simple healthy meal, at least in your first trimester/first three months of your pregnancy. Make them at home. Stay away from buka or restaurant food as you do not know what is added in the process of making the food.
6)Take your progesterone faithfully. Try not to miss a dose. Tablets, injection or insert..make sure you are regular with it. Take your folic acid and bcomplex.
7) See your gynecologist

Throughout this month of july dh and I didn't meet because because of infection treatment.. Congratulations darling...your bfp is close. I can smell it just like some mama rightly said tilted uterus will not stop you from conceiving. Try that style where your hubby come from behind when baby dancing. Make sure other areas are covered. How is dh sperm?

You have a follicle of about 1.5cm. Likely to ovulate soon. Do opk to track when you ovulate to maximize your chances. Back it up with bbt/morning temperature before you leave your bed after, after sleeping for at least 3hours. Mine drops on the day I ovulate. Then goes up by .3 degrees. But ovulation is confirm with high shift in temperature. Just before a woman ovulate her temperature drops. And just after ovulation it goes up. Most women tend to conceive the month to three months following a successful hsg. Also screen for infection. Fluid in the PD other than when you just ovulate may denotes infection.

A lot. It could be cyst, some mamas feel that way after ovulation too. Lutheum coupus (spelling) too can cause that. That's the leftover after a woman release an egg that produce progesterone.

Which HMO package is this and which hospital. I’m not an employee that’s why I’m asking.

Also my spouse has serious menstrual cramps that lasts even 3days after period and is more intense after the flow of blood. Blood flows for just 2days, doctor said it’s body weight, weighs 53kg.

We’ve gone to many hospitals and spent money. Scan says There’s nothing there, no endometriosis, no fibroid. Both TVS and Pelvic Scan.
though she was diagnosed with light PCOS which The doctor told us it doesn’t affect conception. We were planning IUI but finances are quite limited at the moment.

What can we do about the pain? pages back someone mentioned womb setting. Do you guys think it’ll work?

One doctor said until she takes in before it will stop, but there’s problem of low sperm count for which we’ve been using fertilaid.

Last month, the female doctor that has been giving her the injections during the crisis told us to go spiritual.

It’s really tiring.

Hmmm..please make sure you are seeing a good gynecologist. No fertility doctor will say its okay to have PCOS. PCOS does not affect conception?! Rule out ashiman syndrome/severe adhesion. That is why you need to see a good gynecologist/fertility

No dear. I didn't realize that you took it for about two weeks because you told me one month. I was surprised seeing your message here. So I needed to be detailed so you will understand better and others too.

Take this from mama who have suffered more shame in TTC than you can imagine. Some mamas have gone through this shame for more than ten years.

An adage says, you don't scratch your skin so hard because it is itching badly, if you do you may peal your skin and injure yourself. This is the last time I will say this, please love listen so that the journey will be shorter.

Darling you have only used serrapeptase for about two week not a month. If your started using serrapeptase on 11th of July to 31st when you did the scan, then you have not used it for a month darling. My dear I keep telling you, you need to relax and focus on your treatment. I remember you telling me after using serrapeptase a capsule per day for about a day you were already worrying yourself and complaining that it's not working, Just for two days fa?!! The tongue and mind is very powerful. That is why you need to be positive, try relax and take things one step at a time. You really need to relax darling. It will help you to focus. If you have decided to used serrapeptase to cure cyst, adhesion and unblock tube. You need patients and a positive mind.

I have said this here before and I will say it again
1) If you have large fibroids and in the wrong place remove it, biko. Serrapeptase may not help remove large fibroids. Do fibroids surgery, prayerfully of course. Do not plan to use serrapeptase to cure fibroids, even though I have heard that it help reduce tiny/seedling fibroids.

2) How fast you heal while on serrapeptase depend on how mild or severe your case is. You can not compare adhesion of 3-6 months with adhesion of 2 - 5 years for instance. Some mamas use serrapeptase for two months and they already have a testimony. Others may have to use it consistently for seven months or more. You can start with one cap just to allow your body adjust to it. After then, you can increase up to even ten per day (spreading it through the day). The higher you take the faster you get what you want.

3) The quantity of serrapeptase you take determine how fast you get what you want. If you decide to take a capsule per day or twice a day then use for at least 3months, 6months and above depending on how mild or severe your case may be. Don't just be the type that loose hope easily. In TTC journey hmmm..you need patient o. Enough patience, if you no get abeg borrow.

3) What work for A may not work for B. Our faith in God, praying and believing goes a long way. While ttcing you just need God's help. Getting discourage will not help anyone. Keep believing, keep praying, praying.

Bonus:
The fibroids increase may be as a result of the herbs you were taking. And it was two or more that was there before, it may be that the first scan did not pick everything. Fibroids don't grow overnight. Ask mamas who have done fibroid surgery and they will tell you that. Some mamas will be told that they have four fibroids only for the surgeon to see like eight or more sef while operating on them.

Yes you can but I will suggest you don't do too much at a time. Take those food supplement away from letrozole..say two, three hours away (just to be on the side of caution). Note that letrozole increases estrogen which can enlarge fibroids

The food supplement are to be taken for uninterrupted three months but stop immediately you get pregnant. I will also suggest you don't take evening prime rose, since you have fine boy. Also skip dhea for now.

Ovulation induction medications always increase fibroids. But we need estrogen to ovulate as well. This is why fertility clinics ensure/advice you remove fibroids (if they are large or in the wrong place)before treatment/ivf/iui.

I will suggest you tread with caution. Take baking soda/raw egg combo away from your medications.

It could be poor quality of eggs, low progesterone etc but be sure you will fall pregnant again.

Saw that you were diagnosed pcos by your doctor. Did he priscribe anything for pcos? Work on eggs quality.

Ovaboost (pcos, quality eggs)
Ubiquinol (quality eggs)
Vitamin D3 (quality egg, good if you have low amh)
Omega 3 (egg quality)
Metformin(ask your doctor about metformin for pcos take at night/evening with food)

Dh should rule out infection. He should screen for infection. 80% abnormal is too high. Pus presence too could also denote infection and reason for poor quality of semen. Make sure you take this serious. Abnormal sperm could delay conception. And also cause miscarriage. Sometimes when a woman miscarry it is as a result of abnormal sperm. If the DNA of a sperm is not complete a pregnancy will not continue the woman body will push the baby out (miscarriage)

Do not discuss anything about your marriage with anybody. Number one key to a great/ successful marriage is when you do not take matters or issues about your marriage to a third party, not even your mother or dad, not your friend. Do not do it. When they ask, tell them to keep praying for you that God will do it. Avoid anyone that want to add more pressure on you. Like those people asking ''what are you doing?'', ''what's keeping you from getting pregnant?'' etc. Just avoid them for your peace of mind.
