No oooo, I am yet to receive my package from since September 13th, NIPOST keep telling me the package is yet to arrive Nigeria, postal.ninja and track24 & even AliExpress are all showing me the package has arrived destination company and has been received by delivery company since 9th November. But NIPOSt keeps telling me via their customer care mail that my package is yet to arrive the country.

I'm just tired of this country.

You won't get it. Just wait after 75 days and get a refund.
Just got my dispute approved yesterday.
Am still trying to figure out the offender here- Nipost or Singapore post. This is the second time am having such issues. Only lucky that I get my refunds.

I just collected an item yesterday from Speedaf. It was for a combined parcel and registered. The item was cleared by customs on Saturday 16th and I received it in Port Harcourt yesterday Monday 18th at no cost. Am so impressed

Nipost will say item is on Transit and you will not receive the item and AE will refund after 75 days.

I ordered the same phone and it`s been handled by S.post with similar tracking code

It took 21 days from sellers shipping date and 15 days from Singapore post despatch date.

But the issue is that it can say 'arrived at destination country' and you will still not get it.

Had the same experience with Realme 7 pro. Same tracking pattern - arrived at destination country and it never came to me. Happened to me for the first time since 2014. Although I got my refund.

Please do you think Signpost is lying, if not why would AE make a refund if the item is in the country and what happens to the seller for item worth almost $300?
