Ok lets say Hamas is correct that Israeli Airstrikes killed them. You kidnap a 4 year old and a 9 month old and then you use them as human shields in a tunnel that was bombarded by your enemy. The moment you kidnapped them, you are responsible for their safety.

What the Jews have now is not the Torah that was revealed to Moses!

The current Jewish scripture (the Torah) is not the exact, unchanged revelation that God gave to Moses(AS)
There are several reasons for this:

1, According to Jewish and historical sources, the original Torah was lost multiple times, especially during events like the Babylonian exile (6th century BCE).

So it had to be rewritten.

2, Also, after the destruction of the First Temple, Jewish scholars had to reconstruct the Torah from memory and scattered texts.
This means the version of the Torah that exists today is not the exact word-for-word revelation that Moses (AS) received.

3, Even within Judaism, scholars acknowledge that the Torah has multiple authors (the Documentary Hypothesis confirms that different writers compiled it over time).

4, Lastly, the Quran, which is the final authority, also confirms this, stating that some people altered the scripture:
“So woe to those who write the scripture with their own hands and then say, ‘This is from Allah,’ to exchange it for a small price.” (Quran 2:79)

so at least a good percentage of what is in the Torah today was divinely inspired right? while the rests were innovations from the rewrite?

note that about 30-40% (according to estimates from linguistics research) of the texts in these two books are similar. An individual read also concurs with the estimates

Textual analysis of all three books clearly traced the source of the other two to the Judaism book. I am not sure this point is important to you as a Muslim. However, the point below should be:

Islamic belief and teaching hold that the Quran is a later revelation from God that confirms and builds upon the earlier revelations including the Torah, meaning it shares some stories and prophetic figures with the Torah. The Quran views the Torah as divinely revealed scripture to the Israelites but believes that parts of it may have been corrupted over time.

the above point, especially the bolded part, invalidates the "a book they wrote with their own hands"

"Jesus is not God" is a valid belief system in Islam but is blasphemy in Christianity.
"Muhammed is not a prophet" is a valid belief system in Christianity but would be blasphemy in Islam.

Blasphemy cannot be a crime as it is a necessary component of a religious belief system. What you call blasphemy is simply another person expressing their belief system.
