dgunz:
yes, same exact requirement just like africard , even eco bank too, just go to any of this bank, eco and stabic ibtc bank , and it must be prepaid card and also fund it over in the bank like 2k so you activate it too
and when you get the card you must clear cookies from your browser if possible use another browser and log in to your PayPal with the country short abbreviation (my is Lesotho and that is ls)

for the first bank i heard it complex to get it they will say they have a multicurrency card and to get it, they start to ask you stupid questions,
How does one remove this Africard already in use?

"Denied by issuing bank."
I had the exact issue yesterday after getting my card and trying to link the card. On my first attempt to link the card I was debited the #1050 but also got the msg Denied, card status preActive from uba. I made many more attempts, even changed my billing address, but same denied. I was sure it was an issue from uba so decided to go complain today. After giving it much thought, I decided to go confirm again if I actually Activated the card by changing the PIN. Because I wasn't so sure it was successful the first time I did it on collecting the card. So I went to the nearest uba bank atm and attempted to check my card balance with the new pin... ...naxo o, the machine say Invalid Pin. That's how I discovered the problem. After successfully changing the default Pin, on my first attempt to link the Card to my Paypal... ....guy na one hand e take enta, kpakam.
OK sir. I think I changed mine in another bank atm.

Hope that's not bad?

Good morning good people.
Am having issues with my Africard. Got it on Monday and tried to link but got a message that it was denied by issuing bank. I went to the bank to inquire and learnt that they have been unable to fund the card.

The lady at the customer care seems to be naive on this whole stuff. I was even telling her the Africard should be International High and she did not understand.

I don't know what the whole issue is. I have been to the bank thereafter and still no show.

What should I do?

Go to another branch?

Must the card be written International High?

What of now that it has been linked to my BVN, can I get another one?

Please help urgently. I need to resolve everything today cos I have bucks I need withdraw ASAP.

Dude, go for PGD and then you can go for masters afterwards. Why would you go back as undergraduate after graduating from school already.
The dichotomy sir.

Heard that basic requirement for lecturing in Nigerian university is BSc.

Guy, .. Apply Abu Special Admissions... It is for Hnd upper credit holders in some courses.. Thank your star, your course is included.. You will be admitted to 300lvl and just spend 2yrs, also it is better than topup because you pay school fee 100lvl pays... I am a living testimony
Thank you sir for the advice.

But Kaduna is the issue. Would not like to go there since I have no one staying in the North.

Any option like that in Southern Nigeria?
