Either a damp wall or the cement to sand mixture used in plastering was below standard.

Try scrapping off the surface and plaster again with good cement to sand ratio.

Its called dampness of the wall...moisture raises from the foundation into the walls there by causing the paint to peel...

Bros my own professional advice is scrape off the peeling paints completely get a screeding paint and mix with cement at appreciate proportion then apply screeding on wall, get a painter who know what he's doing, thank me later.

Please property experts in the house. The pictures below shows the walls of my rented apartment that is peeling off badly. Though the house is over 10 years, but that shouldn't be a reason why the walls are like that. Please I need suggestion on how to make the wall better: should the plastering be scrapped out and replastered or tiles be introduced to cover the affected parts.

I am not too knowledgeable about stuffs like this, but I feel the quality of work is the reason why it is happening. Please I need suggestion on the best way to make the apartment finer and neat.

Please pardon me for all my worries, from what I have noticed so far, it seems that the throttle body is not receiving the required power via that source/socket that you circled, I tested it with a diff throttle body still the same issue. Someone said I might need a swap the brain box, but I pray that should not be the case. Abeg help me out here, please.

Thank you so very much sir, please how do we reconnect, because this is where the problem is, the butterfly in the throttle body is not responding when the ignition is switched on and the gas pedal pressed.

Gazzuzz and other auto gurus in the house please see to the challenge I am having, my 2004 Toyota Camry 4 cyl is not reving up, it starts normally, but when you push down the gas pedal it does not "raise". I have changed the 4 plugs, changed the fuel pump and cleaned the throttle body, nothing changed. I scanned the car today and the codes below popped up

Nobody died in the accident, that is the good news, thank God. My vehicle was affected too. It was caused by the Dangote truck that failed brake at slope descending to Ovia river along Benin Lagos express road. It happened last Sunday 14th August, 2022.

Experts in the house, your input is needed here. I am having the same issue with my 2004 Toyota Camry, it seems as if my steering is not controlling the tyres as it use to do, any small bump or rough road the car will derail. I now drive by holding my steering very tight and also reduce my speed. Driving woth one hand is a no no for now. It is even more difficult if the road is wet or flooded. I have done alignment and confirmed that both sides down leaks are OK and not shaky. What could be the cause of this issue?

My car steers to the right and sometimes to the left by itself when i climb a bump or when i drive on a rough road.
Sometimes after turning a corner, it doesn’t return to the center like it usually does, i have to turn it fast myself.
Any little rough road i drive past, I’d feel the steering trying to go right by itself but on smooth road it works well….
Car is camry 2010.

Good day car gurus in the house, please I need help with the brake issue I am having with 2004 Toyota Camry.

At first when I noticed a flat pedal, I went to my mechanic, he changed the brake pads & checked the linings at the rear & confirmed to be ok. Then it happened again when I press the brake pedal the car accelerates more instantly before slowing down. This time I went to a brake specialist who said the ABS was bad & bypassed it, changed some rubbers that look like seals in the brake master. After too weeks the same issue occurred and just when I was parking the vehicle the brake failed completely. Now they are saying I should change the brake master completely. Please any useful advise and test to carry out to help resolve the issue will be highly appreciated.
