Finding it difficult to track Korean Central TV @ thaicom 78.5°E. i keep getting etv on 3696 H 4167.

Track with Oromia tp it has the highest signal,there you find mcot channels.

Please house anyone using 14west as data on tiger to watch IPTV free like beoq sports? I want to know the tiger that can work itm I just track 14west now but plugged my dish cable to the lnb port at the back of my tiger T8 ultra and I can't still use it for IPTV. I heard they have started arresting cars with old number plates in Abuja.
Can anyone pls help differentiate the old from the new number plates.BTW FRSC are not skilling,Christmas is around the corner.
