My landlord is a Lecturer at CAC Seminary and a senior member of CAC church. His rules include: 1. Women should not wear trousers in his compound. 2. No Tattoo person must be seen in his compound - Visitor or Tenant. 3.Gen must be put off by 12am 4.Gas Cylinder must be put outside 5. No tenant should default in paying power bill thereby making the Light to be cut off by the officials. 6.Notice of exit must be given 3months ahead 7. No modifications to the existing structure. 8. Heloo... My candid advice for you is to look for other Accomodation if you can afford it at the moment. Reasons: 1) Beeing a Yoruba woman and a Food Vendor, her connection with any concerned Law Enforcement Agencies you may report her to might be stronger than yours thereby making your report/complaint a complete waste of time and resources! 2) There might be a spiritual battle for you to fight as a result of you trying to obstruct her likelihood and that of her employees. 3) Even if you gently approach her to switch to gas, I doubt if that can happen considering the high cost of cooking gas now. The firewood might be her cheapest way of cooking for now. Lastly, if you truly love peace, you can approach her and lodge a complaint and if the issue persist, endure it till you're able to get another accomodation. My opinion. 1 Like 1 Share |

Let me give you this simple tips that worked for me when I was in your shoe. 1) Embark on any form of exercise that you're comfortable with for about 2hrs before bedtime. This might not be easy but force yourself and concentrate on the benefits thereof. Make sure you sweat very well. 2) Take your food and water about 3hrs before the bedtime. 3) Listen to any if Don Meon or Phill Collins cool song. You will sleep. |

While I pray for Gov. Arakunrin Akeredolu's quick recovery and sound health. It is shameful that he and his cabinet members can not fix and boast of just only one good hospital that he can go to for treatment ever since he became Gov! How I wish foreign hospitals can stop treating Nigeria Politicians going for medical treatment abroad. That will force them to fix our hospitals. |

My experience was on February this year when I erroneously transferred to a wrong account just because I have the wrong person on my Bank App Beneficiary list but I can not remember the person. I reported this transaction to my Acct Manager but he said the man needs to come to the branch to authorise him/the bank to credit me. What my Acct Manager could do was to send me the receiver phone no which I pleaded with him to pay me back but he told me that he believed God has answered his prayers. He said the same bank has been debiting his acct anyhow. In summary, I gave his no to my Pastor who helped me talk to him and he voluntarily refunded me yesterday. 8 Likes 1 Share |

It is now that Mr. Gov remembers the importance of taking the grassroots serous after Local Govt Allocation has been submerged in his Lagoon. Also, Lagosians can not quickly forget the inability of Mr Gov to curb the excesses of the Political Thugs both in uniform ( LASTMA) and those without uniform. He knows he will need votes from the people his Govt impounds and AUCTIONS people's vehicles for contravening several traffic offenses. As if beheading is the best antidote for headache!!! Provided this story is true, I think that the late woman supposed to be crushing at police custody till the final conduct of proper investigation and thereby charged her to court as a prime suspect. How did she able to lay her hands on the so called 'poisoning substance' and killed herself with it? Once again, if the story is true, many lessons to be learnt by those who can not put their emotions and anger under proper control and allow God to help them to make informed decisions in such scenario.
