A student studying Computer science must be equipped with Atleast a 4gb ram, 500gb HD computer device for programming.. this would cost each student atleast 300k per head... Most courses and books needed goes for as high as $50 to $100 per course this a student must take atleast 30 to be certified IT personnel.. where exactly will government get such funds?! That is why they teach us crap
