It is shallowmindedness to think dat the reason why the mission will want many pple to attend programmes is because of money. U nid to know dat:
1. Many ppl go to church and do not pay any money as offering, even so now dat churches use envelopes. Na to jst drop ur envelope, empty or not.
2. Church is not a place for discrimination. It is where salvation is preached even to the wayward and infidels. So u shud not expect that ANYONE be barred from service.
3. The fact that Jesus ate with and moved with tax collectors and sinners suggests that d gospel is for everyone. U guys shud therefore stop saying pastors allow politicians in church because of dr money.

You cannot interpret a statement more than the intention of the writer.Comparing Buhari with Mandela is in terms of AGE only.It would be suicidal to do otherwise!

And in terms of nationwide political acceptability,Buhari is superior to Fashola or Tambuwal.You cannot push over a general that pulled over 12million votes under a political party that was barely six months hold!

If not for religious sentiments(Iweep for Nigeria!),the pairing of the two would have been great.

Only an ignorant person will think that religion doesn't factor in today's Nigeria. In every secular state, both the president and vice must not come from same religion.

Try and field a christian christian ticket and see what will happen, even those supporting a muslim muslim ticket will take a u turn and tell you a christian christian ticket is bad for Nigeria, no be today e begin happen.

Finally, Lagos is Lagos, Nigeria is Nigeria, Lagos is just a state out of 36 in Nigeria. What worked in Lagos might not work in the whole of Nigeria.

Oga Fashola if indeed APC was about merits and not politics should have been our man...

Thats a really good point,unfortunately he might have to compromise. If he moves against them they will move against Buhari kick the system is to rotten. I know Rochas Okorocha and Tinubu are some of the most corrupt Nigerians in the country. Okorocha for example was indicted by the senate in the past for collecting over a N150 million naira for a road contract and abandoning it.
