A simple sworn affidavit is enough to tender to INEC. and if the worst comes to the worst, let INEC set a common entrance exam for him to see if he would not pass it. ask him questions like 2x1=? 2x2=? tell him to spell amoeba...and so on ...i mean..this is BULLSH*T propaganda from a man who has refused to show us his PhD Thesis...haba
