Hello Friends in the house, quick clarification please. I have an original copy of my transcript, can i send it directly to WES for evaluation? Will they accept it because its not coming directly from the school? Has anyone sent directly to WES and not by the school?

My school gives you the transcript to send. What I did was send from a post office in the town where my school is. That way there won't be any contradiction between where the school is and where it was sent from.

But in the case where the school sends verification result by post too, it means you need a contact in your school to notify you when the verification is done so you can send it to WES again. My school verifies through email so it kinda made it easier for me.

True that! Wes sent my evaluation thru regular post and by the time I saw it in my box,it was already opened!!

Why did WES send your evaluation through regular post? Mine was brought to me at home by a UPS courier. And I sent my certificate and transcripts to them through registered NIPOST mail.

I had that issue truly and I had to create a new gmail account. This has not solved the problem.

I just did a factory reset of my Samsung galaxy tab only to find out that I can't download applications to it again.

I am using Swift wi-fi and can browse and even access Google Play Store, but when I try to download it says "Error while retrieving information from server".

I love to have pepper in my freezer to make cooking stuffs like beans, spaghetti and fried eggs easier and faster but in the past one week now I have noticed that all the pepper I bought at different times and in different places all have maggots in them. The irony of the story is that these peppers (ata rodo and tomatoes) all look very fresh. The irritating thing is that if I had not manually grinded them, I wouldn't have seen the maggots; and it means I had them in the pepper I took for machine grinding.

Is there a way around this? I need to make a pot of soup but very scared of going to buy maggots-infested pepper again.

I saw her again yesterday. She is okay. Her brother told me he has been asking her to come to the hospital with him for checkup but she is refusing. He said he is planning with one of their relatives to cajole her into a visit and from there she will be taken to see a doctor. I'll ask my friend if it is possible to get her recent photograph or if I can get Sefinatu herself to talk to me.

I met this woman today. Actually I have always seen her at a friend's house and my friend only told me her name and said she lived at Federal Palace Hotel for a number of years. The name didn't mean anything to me, so it ended there.

I was there to braid my hair today when she came out again and told a man who was sitting down outside the house that she was taking a stroll. After she left, the man, who by the way, happens to be her younger brother, began to tell me a more detailed version of what I had heard earlier. Curiosity made me google her name and I found a topic about her exists on Nairaland, though many years old.

True she had cancer of the scalp, she got treated but maybe the drugs or cancer has affected her brain too. She is probably suffering from Alzheimer or whatever it is called. Her brother told me that she sometimes talk off track and forgets things so easily. He showed me pictures she took with prominent personalities all over the world and how she was married to a notable politician in Nigeria.

I don't know how this will help or how much people are interested in her story. But if anyone wants to know more about this woman, leave a message here.

Please I need help on how to activate internet subscription on a Motorola Droid 3. When I inserted my Airtel sim last night, it showed the 3G signal close to the battery meter and I was able to use Whatsapp on it.
