We should learn to be reasonable when it comes to things happening in this country. The op was right to have expressed his feelings about the President's speech, and he is entitled to his own personal opinion about it. We should stop all this form of verbal violence because this is the way it starts before it degenerates into acts of butchery and savagery. In the midst of all the unseen wars raging in this country, the President shouldn't have limited his address to just flooding. While it is true that it is a pertinent issue too, I feel he should have at least briefly touched on some of those things really hurting Nigerians and which a word or two from him could help ease some tension. Of a truth, the problem we have in this country is lack of people skilled in the art of leadership. SMH |
freecocoa: If I don't stay away from the internet till this issue dies down, I may just lose my mind, the pain and anger is just too much. You get sense, guy. You just taught me the best way to stop this immense pain I am feeling inside because of this brutality and savagery. Off I go... |
I can refer you to one or two publishers, but first, we have to make sure your script has been proofread and well edited to make it error-free. For more info, you can send a mail to krosdotpublishers@gmail.com, then we can proceed from there. All the best. |
I'm sure this is not true! |
PetroDolla: nobody gives a shit what you as a nigerian think about me as a Ghanaian. I want to make that very clear. yes, I was at the sheraton hotel, but do you want to know when? that crazy asylum you call nigeria is not fit for human habitation. you still did not answer the salient issues i raised. guess it was very convenient to pick on the fact that i was at the sheraton, huh? very typical. |
PetroDolla: nobody gives a shit what you as a nigerian think about me as a Ghanaian. I want to make that very clear. yes, I was at the sheraton hotel, but do you want to know when? that crazy asylum you call nigeria is not fit for human habitation. you still did not answer the salient issues i raised. guess it was very convenient to pick on the fact that i was at the sheraton, huh? very typical.Yes, it was very convenient to pick on the fact that you said you were at Sheraton because in one of your previous posts, you LIED that you have never been here. So if it there is anything typical, it is typical of you that you are a LIAR. I am not interested in when you came because I just caught you in one lie and won't want to waste my time reading another. If Naija is not fit for human habitation, why not begin a campaign to get back your brothers who hawk cold puff-puff here and your sisters who sell their bodies for their daily bread? To start with, you could just banish yourself from Nairaland and go take some courses in Personal Development and Entrepreneurship; maybe you could be smart enough to give your people cediland. |
PetroDolla: Hahahaha you just exposed your crass ignorance. did you say Ghana is not 'even as big as oyo state?' why will I even argue with an olodo like you? go back to school and learn basic geography and come back abd open that your smelly, stinking mouth. ole buruku. I have a thing or two to say about all the nonsens you just wrote, but I cant bring myself to argue with a fucking gay like you.Yes, Ghana is not as big as Oyo State. Because, according to the Basic Geography you referred us to, Ibadan (the Oyo State Capital, mind you), is the largest city in West Africa. So if Lagos is bigger than Ghana, and Ibadan is bigger than Lagos, do the Mathematics yourself, charli! And I happen to remember now that it was this same Ghana I visited in 2009 and some hungry-looking women at the airport's check-in counter practically begged me and my hubby for "Naija money." Petrodolla, you no get point, abegi! |
PetroDolla: which one, who told you you have one? you call that maggot-infested facility an airport to be proud of? have you been to the lagos airport toilet? most times there is no power to run the facilites-conveyor belts, even for planes landing at night your so-called airport is a high-risk, not to talk of robbers itching to steal from passengers. even your airport officials are thieves who work with these robbers. when we say everything about your cursed country is just phucked you think we are insulting you, huh? but it is the truth now. I will rather have a smaller, functional airport than a huge facility where nothing works and passengers are constantly under threat. You were at the Sheraton Hotel, Lagos? Didn't you say in one of your previous posts that even your dog can't come to Nigeria? Ghanaians are known to be pathological liars anyway... But why not stop displaying your stupidity in the same manner all over this forum? For me, you have not said anything different in all of what you have posted under this topic. If you must reply this, stop the name-calling and dirty words, cool down and determine in your mind to make sense just this one time. Or to make it simple, let me remind you of an advice one of my fellow Naijas gave you earlier - CONNECT YOUR TONGUE TO YOUR BRAIN! |
Please can you give a description of the house? How spacious are the rooms? How many toilet and bath? Is it part of the main building or in a BQ? Water? Parking space? Good road? Tiles? How many flats are in the compound. This might help you save so much time. |
Oga, there is no native doctor like God. Whatever the issue is, why not tell it to God? You are the architect of whatever happened to you, and you can also correct it by talking to God directly. He hears and He answers. The only condition is that you ask in faith, believing God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. May He have mercy on you and open the eyes of your heart to know that there is no salvation in any other name except the name of Jesus Christ. He will see you through and calm every storm in your life. Good luck! |

yomz1e: Ewa Aganyin , bread agege and miloI longed for these (exactly in that order) all day today that I had to recheck the poster's name to be sure I didn't post it in spirit. They are not my addiction though, just craved them today. My addiction would be the internet. Coke is also it, but I can stay off it for a better part of the day. My greatest addiction is proofreading/editing. I live it on every written word I see. |
chucky234: Enitsua am sure somebody convinced you to do this comparism without letting you know that you will end up insulting your sense of reasoning,Nokia 3310 was not even the best phone in 1999 let alone 2002. It was the best importers could make lots of profits selling since Nigerians were tech-novice back then and were ready to splash the cash just to own a mobile phone,in 2002 I had an Ericcsson phone and a bosch phone from Germany that were a delight. In 2003 I bought another Sharp phone that was a delight to hold while people were justling for 3310 and the competative Motorola Talkabout because those were the phones importers made available to them,no man in his right sense will compare Nokia 900 (Lumia) to Galaxy S3 let alone 3310.Any which way! If you had earlier come up with a creative post based on what you have said here, perhaps you would have made front page too. Give kudos when it's due, abegi! |
dayokanu: Dont they know the locations the money is being withdrawn? My questions exactly! I thought ATMs have ways of getting the pictures of all who did transactions and the exact time they were done. If this is true, it could be a good start to unravel this case. Still, I pray that God touches the hearts of his abductors and make them release him safe and sound. |
aieromon: Clap for yourself!!!Who told you that the poster didn't try? To come up with that kind of creative, funny, and long post is not garri and sugar. The topic alone gives it a front page ranking. |
Enitsua: 3 principles of a good media....Ability to Inform, educate and entertain i believe my thread has met dis requirements...so 4 dose who dnt get d theme of dis post. Read it again having d 3 principles in mind....luv u all though. You try jare! No mind haters who are probably beating their heads crying why they were not imaginative or creative enough to come up with your kind of post. |
Pls, will you say the mini flat is OK for a new couple? How many flats are in the building? Is it part of the main building or a BQ? What about water and parking space? Pls reply asap. |
Sowie is your name. Akure no go pay u o. Why not relocate to Abuja or Lagos? Adagbamadanu! |
Why not? It's better to catch them young. Besides, I want to believe the school will have a teaching system that won't stress the kids' brains or put them under unnecessary pressure or bad influence. If that is the case, then let the kids learn. |
