Relax okay... Don't panic. If u scored 50 and above you will definitely get invite for interview. I did my test march 14th and my interview was 4th of may. They have their reasons for doing it that way

The documentation has started already in Lagos. And it's batch by batch, the same way we did the interview and test. According to the guys that came for documentation, some did their interview last week and some last 2weeks. There will never be a time Fidelity Bank will accumulate successful candidates to do documentation and test at the same time because since the recruitment process started there was never a time like that. For those doing documentation now, it's not like they know somebody before they were selected but it's just their time to be selected. Ours is also coming.. Everything will be done batch by batch likewise training school. Remember, banks have several departments. Some of us that did the test early were invited for interview lately and vice versa. Fidelity bank has a process and they can't void the process because of our desperations. ..

I asked all the necessary questions there. I was with the guys that came for documentation for over 30minutes before they called them in. just that nairalanders will always doubt that's why most of us don't release detailed information here

Bro nobody was allowed to take the interview without original certificates. But I noticed she allowed some who had their original waec cert. With notification of degree result. Just pray she is in a good mood when it's your turn

Bro. Documentation when you have been selected is different from when you submit your credentials during interview. Those who have worked or currently working will understand

Funny how no Nairalander has been called for documentation to testify this fact

This recruitment process is a fast one ooo... Some persons are already doing documentation in Lagos. Some did their interview last week and some two weeks ago. After documentation, the next phase is calling referees on your CV and sending documents to your Alma mater for identification. Don't argue this fact because I was there live today for interview and some guys came for documentation. Those who did their interview today at fidelity HR office , kofo Abayomi can testify.

For the interview guys i have no idea, but i feel we should get to know about our respective ministries, the ministers, perm sec. etc. Also, the various departments and parastatals under the ministry we fall under and other "normal" naija general interview questions.
