The 2020 NECO exams had come and gone with results of the exams released last week. However, the examiners that made the evaluation process possible by devoting their time, energy, risk of transporting themselves to and from the marking venues and resources yet to receive their marking fee getting to a month now. The examination body should take note and effect the payment to maintain the integrity of the system, as many are of the opinion that many things that involves Nigeria are always faulty and lack sincerity. The entire marking was stressful due to the nature of the answer script, hence, questions were scattered and had to be arranged before computing. this is not the same with WAEC where everything was made seamless and marking was done with high speed and immediately after the completion of the process examiners were paid. I wonder why Nigerian system try to make merchant out of everything. The money is long over due and this should be corrected so as not to loose fate in them.
