Please if a student who is suppose to work 20hours a week is given about 36 hours a week to work but told by the employer that at the end of the month they will make sure he has worked 80 hours a month, is this a breach of his student visa working hours ?

Second question when can a masters student start full time work without breech, is it when the course ends or when class ends and during dissertation

The school requires Pre-CAS interview, POF before they issue CAS. They also give discount around 1,800pounds.

Good guyz pls. A friend forget to add is middle name when register for IELTS EXAM although the exam will take place next week. Hope that will not be a problem when apply for visa. And the middle name is included in his name inside passport. Is there remedy to add the middle name before the exam?

Please I need help, I got into the UK few weeks ago with a healthcare restricted visa. I was suppose to resume on the 1st of November but my employer has said dbs needs to be gotten before work can start. They have updated the home office with a new start date by 20th of November. Please I will like to know if I can get any other part time job as a way to get income and keep busy instead of staying at home 24/7.

I want to know if it is against my visa to get other part time jobs that are not healthcare.

You do not need all that, just upload with her maiden name and submit your wedding certificate. You are good to go. You can add pictures and chats if you like. I didn't add anything but I have been married a year just submitted like that and we have gotten brp letter.

The problem now is her passport bear her maiden name but her bvn and NIN bear my surname ( husband surname)as we able to update those easily . We are planing of applying next week . My younger sister did IELTS UKVI Academic. My elder sister did ECCTIS UKVI NARIC(she didn't write any exams . She just sent her university BSc transcript). They both got COS and Visa for Care work tier 2 visa

Note: for my elder sister who got her Visa since 26th August, she applied and did biometrics with her husband same day 2nd August. Her husband is yet to get his Visa. It is has been at DMC for a month and half now.

Please do I need to accommodation hotel booking or put an address for accommodation while filling out the visa form?

Please for student visa the date of entry is usually a month before course start date. Is this the same for skilled workers?

Just say "I intend to lodge in a hotel, and after settling down I arrange for house rent" it's not a big deal, that was my response and I got the visa. Since your employer did not tick maintenance (i.e employer not providing accommodation), in my opinion, the office address is not the best. Always be consistent with your application.
