God is the giver of the Law of Moses. You should also understand that he has given Christ to put an end to that law. He installed the priests and levites to serve in His temple and collect tithe. You should also understand that He has given the Lord of the Sabbath(Christ) to put an end to that.

Why you don't understand these things is because you and the Jews choose to stick with the law of Moses.

Faith in Christ and walking in spirit(fruits) covers every part of law but exonerates you from being stoned to death and everything that is a burden in following Jesus. Instead of being stoned to death, you asked for forgiveness in Jesus name. This is how Christ fulfilled the law and covered it all. This is the grace we have.

The holyspirit revealed to the apostles every good thing we should be doing as we follow Christ.

I know exactly what speaking in new tongues is. It simply means: you shall speak a new message, a new law, a new values system, which is the gospel of Liberty from the law(unlike you who is still a preacher of the law). It is a thing of wonder because we no longer feel guilty/condemned(infact, god is glorified) when we do the things we used to feel guilty about when we were under the law. ie: abstenance from food, clothing, unclean animals, ceremonies, drink, sex, etc.
