Something is wrong with City.. Could this be the end? As for Arsenal, it is left to us to start taking advantage of little opportunities like this if we want to win something. |

daveP: the subs were timely. Before dem use Zinny do comeback kon dey act like they've arrived.
Our next 3 fixtures must be All Green. Liverpool have 3 tough fixtures.
I saw the Isak goal vs Liverpool. Liverpool are lucky to have Salah who has now Scored and Assisted in 37 EPL games, surpassing Rooney(36).
Someone said Chelsea got Reece, man u got Shaw, Arsenal got Tomiyasu.
This big game must be a big booster to Kiwior in confidence. I hope to see a leap in performance till May by God's grace. With a fully fit squad, we are capable of winning all these matches. Infact, if we draw one, they should flog all the players and coaches (minus Jover). |

BlueRayDick: I don't really think anybody questioned Calafiori's transfer considering how good he was at the Euros, In fact most fans were happy we got him ahead of other suitors who saw how good he is.
As regards Timber, I'm also not really sure there was much concern about his transfer....If any, it will center around Arsenal signing a defender when most people we feel we are thing upfront.
Odegard is the fulcrum of our attack, I won't be surprised if Real Madrid come with big money to lure him back to the Bernabéu.
As usual Martinelli does really good in the defensive side of the game but continues to remain average attack wise. He had a chance yesterday which I believe Trossard in that same position would've made count like he did against Loserpool 2 seasons ago. I think your second paragraph leans more to what i am trying to imply. Some felt we don't need defenders again. I don't think Odegaard will be returning to Madrid though. Madrid are eyeing Flrian Wirtz already who is a similar profile to Ode. as for Martinelli, I feel this season is like his decider. He might soon get relegated to bench or get sold. |

Shegzdave: Nelli being yanked of is good cause man plays direct shot I knew he would be yanked off. He is average, technical-wise (recently at least). Gabi is trying scoring from corners but I don't think we give enough credit to both Saka and Rice. Their perfect corner executions are always awe-mazing. |

Shegzdave: I said this yesterday that his corners are looking like he wants to score a goal from the corner stand
Nelli and Trossard shouldn’t be playing the corners jawee, Odumodu should keep playing the corner from that wing except he isn’t on the pitch Trossard is like the number three when it comes to corner kick duty. I think Nwaneri is 4th. But Martinelli has been yanked off the list So bro, Trossard will still be taking the kicks |

BlueRayDick: I think the team is improvising really well.
When we have all/most players fully fit , things will definitely get better than we are seeing .
I hope everyone now sees that the dark patch we had earlier this season was due to injuries dealing us a big blow and not necessarily because Arteta is clueless .
One thing I’ve noticed is that this current Arsenal team has two major assets ;1. Fully fit first team players and 2. Arteta and the management team’s tactics . It appears as though the two assets are complementary . We area different team when we have everybody available. The injury to Martin really affected us but the needless red cards affected us more. Also, it is high time we stop questioning some transfer decisions. Calafiori and Timber transfers were questioned then but now, we can see how much they have improved us. I think Ben White is the only one out for now. |

BlueRayDick: Havertz job in corner kicks is to ruffle up defenders , create confusion amongst his markers with hos height and wait for any rebound .
If u notice well, he’s mostly not the target of any of our corner kicks . He does the Ben White dark arts ; albeit in a more refined way since they have criminalized the dark arts thingy this season in the EPL Oh..I thought as much. He might be relieved of that duty when White comes back. Just that yesterday, I can count like two corner kicks that a taller player who have connected with but Timber couldn't because of his height. It is all good sha. |

Nice game yesterday...
However if Timber was a few inches taller, we would have scored more from corner yesterday. Made me wonder the usefulness of Kai during CKs (maybe he is a decoy). I really wish we get his brother (Quinten) for that LM this January.
We had a slow start but it is understandable because this United's team was a banana peel. One need to be cautious. However, the misplaced passes were worrisome coming from experienced heads like Saka, Party and Odegaard.
I really hope Gabi's injury is not serious and will be back for the weekend. Same as Calafiori. |

germaphobe: good morning bro, it's been a minute. Can't really remember the source but I remember reading something like that during that Edu departure time, it was from one of the many insider Arsenal blogs I get news from. Remember when we couldn't sign him Edu said we're more interested in signing those who truly want to play for Arsenal. So when I read the story I knew it was something close to the truth. And trust me I know a fake report when I see one. Bg man. Let me share a quote with you. 'Rather than rushing off to the Premier League, there was a general awareness among the Sesko camp and the RB Leipzig decision-makers that the striker needed more time to mature. After all, Sesko had played just one full campaign in one of Europe's top competitions at that point.' Sesko signing a new deal at Leipzig had nothing to do with Havertz. Person wey dey share minutes with Openda at that time. |
