I prefer La Liga,Sería A,Bundesliga to EPL.
EPL is too competitive, less technical and entertaining. The competition in EPL no go let you shine, sometimes e fit affect a player's confidence and development. Look at Aribo and Onuachu. Sería A helped Lookman and Isaac Success to be a better player they are today. EPL is too competitive for my liking.
Osimhen should avoid EPL like Messi,Neymar, Ronaldo de Lima and Zidane. EPL will drain you physically and mentally. Every match be like UCL final.
This is a cowardice talk abeg...if you're good, you are good.

Same lineup for almost a decade?

Oh boy, Chriskels was right.
I apologize for engaging you in such a conversation...

This thread has turned into something else... there was a time I will be eager to read from page to page. This is not a disrespect to anyone though.

codemaniacs:
If S.E was stacked in the attacking department then S.E would have qualified for the world cup.

Only Moffi and Osimhen are the main scorers in the team and will likely play full 90mins.

The way S.E plays causes the strikers to get hamstring injuries so they need goal scoring substitutes like Orban and Boniface to come on for them.

There's not plenty of time.. the earlier the better.
grin grin grin

I tell you boss... That mentality was really needed and if you notice it's rubbing off on everyone including the Subs and fans.

Even when we're trailing, you could see the fans still chanting and urging the team on. This have been absent seasons ago.
Even the mentality stuff rubbed off on me too.. grin

Akpan Ashanti 17 year old Nigerian Midfielder

Akpan Ashanti made her first senior debut on Sunday for Chelsea women's team as she came on as a 64th minute substitute for Sophie Ingle during Chelsea Vitality Womens FA cup victory against Reading on Sunday

Born to an Akwa Ibom Father, and a Polish mother, Ashanti plays for Chelsea Women’s Youth Team and is eligible to play Internationally for Poland, England & the Super Falcons of Nigeria.
Ashanti sounds Ghanaian though. Could she be eligible to play for Ghana?

Oh well, he was still solid, irrespective of the kind of striker. I pray he keeps giving this kind of performance going forward.

I’m thinking, Arteta is slowly finding a way to play Partey and Jorginho at the same time.
Arteta shouldn't try it abeg... we will be losing in two different ways of he ever try it

The ref who will be officiating our match against Bissau better use sense....Any attempt to tackle Osimehn like this na yellow card offence o. If any of them makes a dangerous tackle from anywhere on the field, na red card. grin

Who else thinks Holding was exceptional today.
I was really impressed by him.

Abeg, make Arteta head no touch begin use Partey for right back consistently.
Normal stuff from Holding. Edouard is the kind of striker he can handle.

As for Partey at RB, Arteta dare not try it. I will rather play Walters than Partey there.

This Jorginho na clown.

Instead of him to create impact for field and focus on his game, his own na to Dey use hand direct players who to give the ball.

For him mind now, he knows better than every player for pitch.

But u are also aware of our injury concerns . I definitely wasn’t expecting to see Partey start ahead of Jorginho. I don’t know who he would’ve used instead of Viera , but I wasn’t expecting us to use Odegaard whose injury can be a big blow to our title chances .

The only blame I have for Arteta were the substitutions. I blame players like Viera for being a Nicolas Pepe with Portuguese passport , and I blame Ramsdale for being overly confident and always stepping out of his zone when he need not.

Other than that, sporting had a good keeper who kept them in the game and the sporting players too have account of themselves . We should learn our lesson from the game and move on instead of blaming Arteta any time we suffer a setback ; while presiding players when we are winning .
Thank you. Vieira staying on the pitch for that long was due to the two forceful substitutions we made in the first half.
