Na this thing do Fabregas and if you notice his last 2 to 3 seasons here, he was riddled with injuries. All these talk of top players playing 3 days a week is true but top coaches manage their player's 3 days a week well buy not playing them all or every minutes especially if they're youngsters. Me I won't complain if Saka is around 25-29 but he's been overplaying since when he's 18/19 if I'm not mistaken.

That 2 game break might even slow him down. One thing Arteta is Keen about is the fitness level of all his players. That's why the substitutes usually have a training session after the games.
He should have been substituted in games against Leceister, Bournemouth and Everton but we made it tough for ourselves.

Sometimes, Arteta needs to just rest Saka to energise him. Also, he badly needs a deputy. They need to buy someone that's ready to play that wing anytime he needs rest in cup competitions

We don't know what's going on over there. It might just be saka that insisted he must play. Moreso, Arteta hinted earlier this season that the youngsters will need to get use to playing every 3 days especially in the coming season where we will need their contributions both in the EPL and UCL.
BTW, Arteta would've started integrating Lucky Dube into the team immediately after Marquinhos was loaned out but then there are no fringe matches.

As for backup, I really like Jesper Lindstrom.

LGA Level Training on Person's Enumeration will be conducted from 26th - 30th April, 2023 while Census Night is on 2nd May, 2023

NPC Adhoc Staff Enumerators and Supervisors LGA Level Training, the LGA Level Trainers would have to travel down to various LGA Level Training Centers between 13th and 14th March, 2023.

He deserves starting minutes but I don't think it will be with Arsenal because Zinny is Arteta's joker and perfect for how he wants to play. It speaks to the quality in the depth chart for that position. Tavares is scoring and doing well offensively for Marseille but he is flopping defensively and isn't a good fit for how Arteta sets up his team. We would have to invest in a backup LB going into next season.

Yea...I trust Arteta to fill the void if Tierney eventually leaves.

I was hoping Tierney would be available to get some good minutes during these run of games. I understand he is frustrated at his lack of minutes and may leave during the summer. It’s a tough situation for him because Zinny is a better fit for Arteta’s tactics and style of play.

If he want to leave, he can leave. Nelson didn't make the matchday squad for that Everton match but he was the one who gave us the winner in our last match.

Pinnick modus operandi of hiring coaches for the national team is to consult others to recommend coaches for him or just pick any former coach to recycle,rather than going through the fornal process of opening applications.. Randy isn't an household name in women football and has not won anything,so obviously,his appointment was likely based on recommendation...

If you understood how the CCL youth soccer league works in the US, you wouldn't be so enamored by the records you have posted. Coaching at the CCL don't mean didly squat! Its pretty much equivalent to coaching at a Junior high school.
If she coached at a D1 University or better (i.e. NWSL club, or the US Olympic camps, etc.) THEN you can say she might be ready to coach the SE.
Its not only laughable, but embarrassing that you would even compare Randy's credentials with hers. Really!
