Danielnino00: I really don't know what to call this poster.. Either he is an over jubilant arsenal fan,an ignorant fellow or one of those people who simply don't like the country... He is probably over jubilant. Arsenal fans have always clamour for a physical MF so Partey is just a bit of fresh air. In fact,Sangare and Soumare were under consideration too. |

Ozil is a good player, but that his many controversies won't help the team one bit He might do a Gallas and join the spurs. He and Mourinho partnership will be just great. |

BlueRayDick: Most fans are just emotional and unwilling to call a spade a spade based on our current situation.
If Arsenal tomorrow gets an AM that that starts delivering like Bruno was doing for United towards the end of last season, trust me so many people will come out and call Ozil out for what he is. The only reason why most people are still stuck on Ozil is because we haven't gotten someone to take his place yet.
Ozil's diatribe concerning the muslim minority issue in China cost the club some good money. There's no way the management will be happy with him over that. for 4ck sake he is expected to be a professional and not a politician. His dabble into politics has been responsible for his current predicament. Exactly |

If you visit arsenal blogs like justarsenal, arseblog, you will know there are more we might not know about this Ozil situation. One guy said Ozil-china issue where he blasted china for treating muslims badly really affect arsenal's business over there and by refusing to take paycut after creating such debazzle is what infuriate the board. |

MetalJigsaw: I have no problem with your writeup. But why mention money when the talk is about which club is better? Not richer Nowadays, football and money goes hand in hand. Look at PSG,Man city,Barca and others. Money is what made them stand out among others in their respective league.Part of what made Partey to join arsenal is the offer of wage almost 4x the one ATM is offering him. Also, when debating on which club is better,we have to take into context, all parameters. |

Icon4s: You say the match is a must win, you want to test the abilities of the players and you don't intend to alter the tactical setup of the team through out the game. You don't see this as a contradicting statement?
What if you find yourself chasing the game, and your original set up is not working for you? And it is a game you must win like you put it. That is why the subs are like for like sir. They have different attributes which can be used to alter the tactical setup if there is a need for that. Let's just say i 'm killing many birds with one stone. I am not sure my explanation might make sense o as it is obvious your coaching and managing skills are top notch sir. |

Get a job is a numbers game especially for beginners. Don't relent, keep sending well-written proposals.
Sadly, there's no way to get free connects unless Upwork gifts you.ie they give you free 30 connects once you get the rising star badge.
My advice, Learn how to write good proposals. Buy connects and pray. Thank you so much. I will take to your advice. |

Roland17: Martinelli will not be ready until next year and possibly the next stage of the Europa if plans go accordingly. He will be added when we get to the next phase. Saliba is one we have to manage carefully and be patient with. He lost his mother this year, has not particularly transitioned well in England and is only 19. I think Arteta likes him and is trying to be slow in integrating him into the first team. I remember one interview where Arteta was clear that we have to be patient with Saliba and I am all for it. Alright |

This thread have been helpful so far but i need a bit of clarifications.
1. How long does it takes for one's proposal to be accepted. I submitted about 6 proposals in the last two weeks but none seems not to be accepted. I don't know if i should move on or wait. I am kinda frustrated now.
2. Is there no way of getting connects without buying. I am currently broke and i have not done any job on upwork yet and they expect me to be buying connect with my proposals still hanging.
