National identity card (your NIN will be requested) 2. Permanent voter card (the voter registration number) 3. Your certificates I.e primary, secondary (waec/neco/gce etc) 4. Degree or HND certificates (certificate number will be asked) then finally 5. NYSC (certificate number)
