Tell all those people using 3 months to do wedding (Banky and Adesua on my mind), that the Marriage is more important...It is more embarassing when the wedding was so elaborate but the marriage barely last two years, I'm not against party people o, just put First Things First - make marriage the priority, some folks are even in love with the wedding, not the man or woman, you will hear them talk more about the wedding than life after, Marriage is a Marathon, BE PREPARED!

I believe their personal decisions should be respected, they do not have to be together to make good music, they can make individual songs and when you feel, you need another's talent, you feature him. I expect this kind of response, choose what you want to believe. The Bible is not a story book or law book, it's a spiritual book and requires the spirit's leading for interpretation, most of Jesus' teachings were parables, literal interpretation will mislead because Deep calls to Deep. But really this passage is not even a parable, this is as clear as it can get, if you still can't understand this, what can I do? It's simple, we've said it before, you can choose to be single, the Bible doesn't enforce marriage.

Now I get you, I need to show you literally where it says Adam got married to Eve, or Adam wedded Eve.

I won't show you were such words were used literally but I'll explain to you that Adam and Eve were the foundation of all marriages today. If you have Bible read the whole Genesis chapter two, that was were the first marriage was conducted by their parent which was God. They were the first man and woman so their parent was also their creator. The philosophy behind marriage as we see it today, came from Adam and eve's marriage and I quote Gen 2:24: "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh."

Prior to this, God made Adam to see his need for a partner, he was given assignment to name all animals and he discovered that they were all with partners but there was no suitable partner for him, so God made him go to a deep sleep and made the first woman for him. When he woke, God himself brought her to him.

Then the rib God had taken from man He made into a woman and He brought her to the man. And Adam said" This is now the bone of my bone and the flesh of my flesh..." Gen 1:22-23

You don't have to marry, it's not by force and I'm speaking as a Christian. You can enjoy happy life alone, and you're right the 'So Called' , Jesus was single till death.Imo, though marriage is far better than singleness because two will always be better than one in a Good/respectable relationship o! If you're not willing to be accountable to any partner though and you're not ready for the demands of marriage, you're better of remaining Single - You'll be happier.
