Benin people don’t want BEDC ( Benin electricity distribution company) license which expires November 1, renewal as such be lead protesting against the license renewal for days now due poor services , the protest took a twist yesterday when BEDC workers themselves join the the protest yesterday to shut down the BEDC office headquarters at Akpakpava over workers poor treatment and poor welfare, as we speak now Edo and its environs might suffer darkness due no supply of electricity power

Ogiso dynasty never used Oba get educated pls. Oranmiyan a Yoruba Prince at that time introduced it and his son Eweka eventually to-pled the Ogiso dynasty. Oranmiyan later left to become the founder and first Alaafin of Oyo. He finally returned to Ile-Ife to become Ooni, died and buried there.
