I want to buy Gionee s11. Its on black Friday at 25k, my target price but

I saw android 7.1 nougat.... Is it advisable to buy knowing we are on andriod pie...9. In d next two years, andriod 12 may be out...

Not next two years. Android 10 is already out so android 12 would be surely out next year. The mentioned phone would've been the best option at that price range if it was upgradable but since it isn't, my advice is that you should add up money to buy a phone with at least Android 9.
Reason why am saying this is that time will come when some new apps will not be compatible with older versions.

I just bought redmi 8a two days ago

How much?

@OP, using custom ROM is very cool. You can go ahead with it as long as there is an available ROM for your device.
But, BACKUP YOUR STOCK ROM before trying anything

Bro in terms of Landmass, Bayelsa is even bigger than Lagos.
