Rest

That comment wasn't necessary bro...
Oga Rest!!!

Takeit2017:
welcome back boss

boss the amount of members on the telegram group are too much... any update dropped there will cast in due time ... so I will advice you create a group and there should be a screening form to enter the group cus some people DNT know anything about survey and they would likely cast it...

but omo naija we too dey cast things that's just it

Boss, I disagree @ the bolded.
You will agree with me that you also had little or no knowledge about survey before the emergence of Oga Chuks thread. If he had looked at that as a criterion for selecting people to join the group back then, I'd believe you wouldn't have made it through.

Also, i think Telegram is better compared to WhatsApp as it has more control over individuals.

africanman85:
Bro, u no go understand. The update was at its peak and guys was making money and more updates was coming and somebody just removed me without any problem. It pained me no be small

I understand.. I dey the group too...

1. Reg your brand name e.g brandpik.com with registrars that offer free email forwarding. Registrars like dynadot, epik, namebright, namesilo all offer free email forwarding.

2. Go to email forwarding and start creating your custom emails

e.g mike@brandpik.com

Note: for the custom mail to work, default ns of the registrar must be used. In forwarding box...write the email you wish the mails sent to mike@brandpik to forward to (mikedomains@gmail.com)...make sure mikedomains@gmail.com is a working gmail

What about Porkbun??

symbuul:
Trying to buy a domain; current issue with porkbun

I think they have card issue. If you have PayPal account, just use it.

golamike:
Been trying to reach you on mail. Which card did you use?

If you have PayPal account, you can use it... It's going smoothly with it.

belovez:
Ok, your pay day is surely coming and it will be exponential don't be discourage. You can message him about your strategy and method of outbound in case there's something to review or there's new update.

Yeah..... Thank you

belovez:
Instead of buying that domain use the money and contact Op for mentorship.

That was the first thing i did before reading the thread from the beginning.

AwesomeGod91:
Sold - Geo domain
Purchase price - $7.99
Sale price - $300
Venue - Dan.com
Hold time - Exactly 1 month

First, I want to thank everyone on this thread for their contributions. I also want to thank the OP who created this thread. Big thanks to lajid. I came across this thread on December 6th 2021 or there about. I then was reading it casually until I saw lajid's post on a thread about making first million or so. I contacted lajid (sorry for the disturbing questions), and the rest as they say, is history.

I bought my first 2 domains (Geo domains) on December 20th, 2021 after days of sleeping on this thread. Lajid told me to ask for a refund for one of them which wasn't too good. I did immediately and was left with just one. Immediately I set to work and found loads of end users. By January, I started sending outbound emails. One end-user told me he will only pay $100 for the domain and I agreed, only for him to chicken out after a few days.

Long story cut short, my only domain finally sold on January 20th 2022, when an end user who I sent an email earlier this year, made an offer of $300 and I accepted.

This was just my first domain and it sold for $300, I'm so elated.

You're so lucky bro... Congratulations

Sapiosexuality:
Wash!

We know how they've helped us one way or the other. You don't need to accept that. We Know!!!!

Sapiosexuality:
Lol. This guy. Why are you referring to me as Sir? Okay o. Keep catching fun.

Your contributions are vital.

Sapiosexuality:
Yeah, necessary if you want your mail address to be sent to spam and gradually lose reputation. Just delete the name if after that response you tried getting a response from them but got nothing.

Lol... Thank you Sir

Sapiosexuality:
A different one is always better. They already got the first gist, spin them another one.

Congrats, Promxy.

Thank you, Sir Sapiosexuality.
How about outbounding to those who indicated "Not interested" earlier, is it necessary?

Promxy94:
GOD GRACE GOT Me

Good morning House

Let me drop this here because someone might benefit from this sales report.

Registered this domain and did a renewal last year, dont know what pushed me to register it, but major thing was that i loved the domain name and saw some potentials.

Outbounded it severally and got some good responses but not body paid.
So did a renewal, did December outbound no show, then decided to repeat an outbound again now and someone indicated interest for a lower price my Asking fee was $550. Asked the person for an offer and they sent $100, i said i won't sell but will only sell for $300 last. We engaged in series of mails trying to convince him how the transaction is genuine and why he needs the domain.

Finally initiated an escrow transaction for $300 with epik, and continued to convince the buyer why he should take it at my price.

Finally Got the mail from epik, buyer has paid and domain transferred.

#MYGODLIVES....

Congratulations on your sale.
I have a question.
When you're outbounding again, do you use the same email (as the first time) or a different one?

Sapiosexuality:
To sell crypto cycle dot xyz for $49.5k when it's only taken in less than 15 extensions will take a miracle. You need to either change it to make offer or you drop the price to less $1k. That's what I will do if I had the name.

No sir.. It's Circle, not Cycle.

Sapiosexuality:
Test your mail with gmass mail checker. Visit the site and send a message to an address they will provide you to confirm. Visit gmass dot com slash inbox. Copy the mail addresses there and send a mail to them. Then return to check where the mails are landing. If you choose to proceed with custom mails use a domain name to minimise cost. For just $9 a year.

Okay... I'd really appreciate sir.

erjo:
Your sales report is near. Just a little more push than before, and it shall come to pass. Dm if you need me to guide you on how to setup a custom email.

Amen.. Thank you

Sapiosexuality:
Jeez! I just checked the name. Lolol. Mr2Kul haba. Lol. For a two-word dot xyz? That's too much.

Please what do you mean?

Mrblaze06:
brandable name like crypto//circle does not need SV to sell, since it's in xyz you can put fair price on it and hope it sell, that chiropractor domain too you can pay one of these guys to help you scrape emails and do another fresh outbound on it.Even me sef my sales are not consistent and I have more than 50 names already.
By may I will complete 2 years in this domain business and I can only hope my sales increase by then cos I have recorded just seven sales.

Okay... Noted, Thank you

Sapiosexuality:
Pet Rescue Services. My advice here is to get new leads. Get a lead from cities different from the ones you got earlier. Try Miami, FL, Austin, Phoenix, LA, etc.

And if you did that and no response from anyone, then it's time to look at your mail and make sure they are not disappearing. For a name like this, you should get, in the least, a 1000 endusers.

Do the same thing for others. Try to increase your leads. If you are using Reeon for scrapping try to use Letsextract. Or try our guys scrapping here. If you don't have money for that, then patiently do manual sourcing on google and bing.

Source for more leads for HoustonTx Flooring. It should sell but that will depend on your pricing, number of endusers you are contacting and your mails reaching their end. Mails can either go to inbox, spam folder or don't even reach the target address at all.

And don't hang reg for now. Brave Strive is good but it's a Brandable name. You can't outbound that and if you are going to reg a Brandable when you've not made a sale, it'd be good to go with a trending term. Like meta.

Crypto Cycle is good and doesn't need an SV to sell but what you look out for when it has to do with xyz is to check how many other extensions the name has been taken in. That should give you an idea of what to expect.

The bottom line is, if you are facing this state, then something is obviously wrong and you have to have a strategy for facing it. You have to design what you will do differently this year. E.g using a custom mail, warming your mail, regging only quality names, getting more leads or what ever. Do something different.

Alright Boss... Noted.
I have used Erjo scrapping service for about 4 names. And i usually warm up my email before contacting end-users. I even used streak at a point because i couldn't track my mails with manual outbounding.

Well, Pet//Rescue//Services has expired.
Maybe i will try custom email

Thank you for your concern.

Prosperity4All:
What did you do with the 2 Names that just expired?
Did you try Liquidating them, if yes where?
I think we should have a thread here dedicated to Liquidation.

For you to have a SH approved name, I think you are already an Emeritus in this business. Just hang in here , your testimony is negotiating the corner

I didn't liquidate.
@the bolded, AMEN..
Thank you

Sapiosexuality:
If I were you, I will list the names though. Though 12 names is still not enough. How many did you handreg?

3 Handreg... The rest were picked from ED.

Pet//Rescue//Services (my first ever registered name).
Pinnacle//Garage//Door
Washington//Family//Dentist
Collins//Plumbing//And//Heating (later discovered i made a wrong choice).
Shreveport//Family//Law//Attorney
Houston///Tx//Flooring (Rushed to register this without checking stats that day. It was after some days i discovered it has no reasonable metric)
Photographer//Huntsville
Chiropractor//Dayton
Brave//Strive (Hand reg)
Dwell//izo (SH registered)
Lakes//Family//Dental (recently picked)
All in king.

Crypto//Circle//xyz (handreg) I later discovered this name has low SV.
