1. Reg your brand name e.g brandpik.com with registrars that offer free email forwarding. Registrars like dynadot, epik, namebright, namesilo all offer free email forwarding.

2. Go to email forwarding and start creating your custom emails

e.g mike@brandpik.com

Note: for the custom mail to work, default ns of the registrar must be used. In forwarding box...write the email you wish the mails sent to mike@brandpik to forward to (mikedomains@gmail.com)...make sure mikedomains@gmail.com is a working gmail

First, I want to thank everyone on this thread for their contributions. I also want to thank the OP who created this thread. Big thanks to lajid. I came across this thread on December 6th 2021 or there about. I then was reading it casually until I saw lajid's post on a thread about making first million or so. I contacted lajid (sorry for the disturbing questions), and the rest as they say, is history.

I bought my first 2 domains (Geo domains) on December 20th, 2021 after days of sleeping on this thread. Lajid told me to ask for a refund for one of them which wasn't too good. I did immediately and was left with just one. Immediately I set to work and found loads of end users. By January, I started sending outbound emails. One end-user told me he will only pay $100 for the domain and I agreed, only for him to chicken out after a few days.

Long story cut short, my only domain finally sold on January 20th 2022, when an end user who I sent an email earlier this year, made an offer of $300 and I accepted.

This was just my first domain and it sold for $300, I'm so elated.

Let me drop this here because someone might benefit from this sales report.

Registered this domain and did a renewal last year, dont know what pushed me to register it, but major thing was that i loved the domain name and saw some potentials.

Outbounded it severally and got some good responses but not body paid.
So did a renewal, did December outbound no show, then decided to repeat an outbound again now and someone indicated interest for a lower price my Asking fee was $550. Asked the person for an offer and they sent $100, i said i won't sell but will only sell for $300 last. We engaged in series of mails trying to convince him how the transaction is genuine and why he needs the domain.

Finally initiated an escrow transaction for $300 with epik, and continued to convince the buyer why he should take it at my price.

Finally Got the mail from epik, buyer has paid and domain transferred.

brandable name like crypto//circle does not need SV to sell,since it's in xyz you can put fair price on it and hope it sell,that chiropractor domain too you can pay one of these guys to help you scrape emails and do another fresh outbound on it.Even me sef my sales are not consistent and I have more than 50 names already.
By may I will complete 2 years in this domain business and I can only hope my sales increase by then cos I have recorded just seven sales.

Pet Rescue Services. My advice here is to get new leads. Get a lead from cities different from the ones you got earlier. Try Miami, FL, Austin, Phoenix, LA, etc.

And if you did that and no response from anyone, then it's time to look at your mail and make sure they are not disappearing. For a name like this, you should get, in the least, a 1000 endusers.

Do the same thing for others. Try to increase your leads. If you are using Reeon for scrapping try to use Letsextract. Or try our guys scrapping here. If you don't have money for that, then patiently do manual sourcing on google and bing.

Source for more leads for HoustonTx Flooring. It should sell but that will depend on your pricing, number of endusers you are contacting and your mails reaching their end. Mails can either go to inbox, spam folder or don't even reach the target address at all.

And don't hang reg for now. Brave Strive is good but it's a Brandable name. You can't outbound that and if you are going to reg a Brandable when you've not made a sale, it'd be good to go with a trending term. Like meta.

Crypto Cycle is good and doesn't need an SV to sell but what you look out for when it has to do with xyz is to check how many other extensions the name has been taken in. That should give you an idea of what to expect.

The bottom line is, if you are facing this state, then something is obviously wrong and you have to have a strategy for facing it. You have to design what you will do differently this year. E.g using a custom mail, warming your mail, regging only quality names, getting more leads or what ever. Do something different.

I have used Erjo scrapping service for about 4 names. And i usually warm up my email before contacting end-users. I even used streak at a point because i couldn't track my mails with manual outbounding.

12 names are fair but not enough in my perspective. I don't know the weigh of your pocket but you need to reg more geo domain names to increase your chances to make first sale. You can reg one name at a time.

There are some over here who make their first sales with just 5 domain names or less. But large majority have more names in their portfolio before landing the first sales.

I did a little survey quite a while ago, asking people how many domain names they have before first sales.

Someone makes his first sales after 17 domain names. I have someone who said he made his first sales after 24 domain names.

I was in a discussion, and someone said he regged 20 Geo domain names and no sales. But he keeps pushing and he later makes sales.

One of the highest I have seen is by softmojo, he regged about 49 names before first name. And the guy is making nothing less than $10k annually with this business in less than 2 years.

Our numbers are different and that's is that reality of this business. Unfortunately, things like this are not discuss among us for the benefits of others, especially the newbies.

This business is a number game, the more you reg, the higher the chance to make sales. My advise for you is to keep building your portfolio.

Now is not the right time to give up. Don't be desperate, just reg one domain name at a time. Have a long term goal.

Be consistent and you will smile to the bank at the end of the days. Your first sales is waiting for you, go get it. We will all give good testimony in December by God's Grace.

This is heart-rending! But within this year of no sales, what have you learned? How many domain names do you have in your portfolio? If you've bought 10 and above and no single sale, you've to reverse engineer. This is fastest path to buying and selling domain names.

I had about 12 names,... 2 just got expired.
