So the authorities were blind to the dilapidated state of this building from the very beginning. It is now that people have died that they will now set up committee to look into the collapse of the structure...When it was their negligence that caused the unnecessary loss of life in the first place!

There are way more lucrative and less risky jobs then being in the theatre of war. granted, they get paid for what they do, but such jobs only require a certain patriotic zeal that only a few have. Personally, I don't see Nigeria as a country worth dying for. There are fat politicians from the top giving orders and at the same time plundering our national Treasury dry and doing so in the comfort of their air conditioned offices, so I don't see why I should take up arms to go and die for my country...I don't think I'm that patriotic. that's why I commend and appreciate the guys out there in the hot zones trying to defend Nigeria from Boko haram.

Why people will remain gullible I don't know. I'm a Christian and also have no problem with these mega pastors or prosperity preachers....I simply don't know why people will be so dumb and gullible to fall for some antics by some so called men of God all in the name of financial liberation or miracle. correct me if I am wrong, but I don't know how paying my tithes will make me a millionaire...I pay my tithes because its the right thing to do, not because a so called man of God tells me I will get a thousand fold in return. that's greed, and that's the main reason a lot of people will always fall for these 21st century preachers....every great financial scam requires greedy and gullible people, and a lot of preachers are banking on this to extort money from the so called Christians...don't tell me to give because God will bless me a thousand fold, because I'm already blessed. only lazy folks will spend their time, energy and money hoping to God for financial freedom in churches. The church is not a business place.

I weep for Nigerians always praying for PDP to totally collapse. I guess they don't know the meaning of democracy. So its when only APC is the only large party in Nigeria that such 'high thinking' Nigerians will be happy. Nigerians 'endured' for 16 years under PDP because there was no strong opposition to make them step up. This is the time Nigerians should be hoping for a credible opposition party to make APC step up their game to avoid the mistakes of the past PDP era....we need a credible and strong opposition if our democracy must be sustained. I thought you guys should have learnt after what PDP did for 16 years jux because they overshadowed the little opposition parties.

Obaseki knows nothing about politics. Not a thing. He is not a politician, and he definitely knows nothing about Edo politics. Oshiomole is simply using him as a proxy for his 3rd term bid. That's y he'll do anything to install Obaseki. He wants someone who will dance to his tune while in office. Obaseki for crying out loud can't even speak for himself. Governorship debate yesterday, him nor show. Oshiomole has become everything he fought against during his first tenure in office. He has been corrupted by power. plain and simple.

Irrespective of the fact that i dislike Oshiomholem with passion, it is not true that he build uni with state money & convert it to his own. The last time i check, the second state university is still "Edo University, Iyamo"
When Lucky Igbinedion divert Edo State money to his dad television station & university, you didn't say anything.

And how much is the school fees for a so called 'state' university? and who are the invisible investors for the so called 'private-public' venture called Edo University? Why are most of the courses accredited in Edo State university to the detriment of AAU the real state owned university? Edo University Iyamho is a big SCAM!!!

They deducted 200naira from my account yesterday for airtime I never purchased.....funny enough, I cleared d account as its not in use for now. now I'm owing them as d account balance is now negative. For card I did not purchase.
