Apologies that are criticisms in disguise should not be made. Examples: “I’m sorry that you feel that way.” (The blame is being put on the other person.)“I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings.” (And if I didn’t hurt your feelings, then what I said is OK? Again, blame is being transferred.)“I’m sorry if you took that the wrong way.” (Again, the blame is being put on the other person.)“I’m sorry if that offended you.” Apologies, in general, should not be conditional (containing the word “if”). Proper apologies sound like this: “I apologize for what I said.”“I apologize for what I implied.”“I didn’t mean what I said, and I apologize for saying it.”“I was wrong in saying that, and I apologize.” |
99% of people: Watch porn. Masturbate. Pick their nose. Some people eat their snot, too. Start diets and end up eating chips at midnight. Check out their body in the mirror. Pee in the shower. Embellish stories to make themselves sound cool. Fart and blame it on someone else. Stare at pictures of their crush. Practise conversations they will probably never have, in front of a mirror. Record their voice in order to hear what it sounds like to the rest of the world. Snoop around in other people’s bathrooms. Enjoy the pooping process. Concentrate so hard on having the right amount of eye contact with the person they are talking to, that they end up not hearing half of what he/she was saying. Turn their phones on to check the time, but forget to check the time. |
Common interests? No. Physical compatibility? No. Same moral values? Yes to an extent. Same goals in family life and relationships? Yes to an extent. But I think the best things to consider is whether you (a) Trust This Person, (b) Respect This Person, (c) Accept This Person For Who He/She Is. Because when the problems appear, when the beauty disappears, the sex drive slows, the children leave the coop and all that, these 3 checkpoints are your assesment guide whether your relationship can make it through thick and thin. Remember, is not a straight jacket opinion. In marriage ultimately, is what works for just the BOTH PARTIES. |
I’ve found that shoes can tell you a lot about a person, if you know what to look for. Dirty shoes can be indicative of a few things: The person may not be afraid to get their hands dirty The person may be more of an explorer or adventurer The person may be more willing to step outside their comfort zone and try new things Hip/Popular shoes can belong to someone who: Is focused on their appearance to others Emphasizes social interactions or is very socially active Follows social trends and is considered to be a modern person Gym/Comfort shoes can demonstrate that: The wearer emphasizes function over form The wearer may focus heavily on physical activity (Leather) Work shoes can show you that a person: Is heavily focused on their career Likes to look presentable at all times in all occasions May be more formal A person’s shoes are something that they carry with them all throughout life (at least until they get a new pair), and can be indicative of the experiences that shaped them. Getting a quick look at someone’s shoes and making a few loose predictions about them can be fun but can give you a perspective into their journey as a person, and their personality. As Macklemore said in his song Wing$: We are what we wear, We wear what we are.

The shortest answer is “NO” Living totally without sex is weird, although there would be millions of people in the world those don't like sex but still they used to have sex at least 15 times per year. Here are some reasons why sex is necessary in life: Not only does it help you sleep well, relieve stress and burn calories, there are also several other reasons why you need to have sex more often. Improves cardiovascular health A recent study says that men who have sex more than twice a week, have a lesser risk of getting a heart attack, than men who had sex less than once a month. Increases immunity Regular lovemaking increases the level of the immune-boosting antibody immunoglobulin A (IgA), which in turn makes your body stronger against illnesses like the common cold and fever. Reduces stress Stressed out with work or family problems? Don't let it affect your performance in the bedroom. Not only will having sex improve your mood, but a study has also proven that folks, who indulge in regular bedroom activities can handle stress better and are happier people. Relieves pain If you're using a headache as an excuse to not make love, stop doing that. Have sex instead, because, when you're about to have an orgasm, the level of the hormone oxytocin increases by five times. This endorphin actually reduces aches and pains. Promotes longevity When one has an orgasm, a hormone called dehydroepiandrosterone is released. This improves immunity, repairs tissue and keeps the skin healthy. Men, who have at least two orgasms a week, live longer than men who have sex just once every few weeks. Increases blood circulation Because your heart rate increases when you have sex, fresh blood is supplied to your organs and cells. While used blood is removed, the body also expels toxins and other materials that cause you to feel tired. You sleep better The sleep that you get just after you've made love will be much more relaxed. Getting a good night's sleep will make you feel alert and overall healthy. Improves overall fitness If you find going to the gym mundane or working out at home a task, here's another way to help you lose the flab and keep in shape. Regular sex will do wonders for your waistline. Half an hour of lovemaking burns more than 80 calories. Increases levels of Oestrogen and testosterone In men The hormone testosterone is what makes them more passionate in the sack. Not only will it make you feel way better in bed, but it also improves your muscles and bones, keeps your heart healthy and keeps a check on your cholesterol. In women, on the other hand, the hormone oestrogen protects them against heart disease and also determines a woman's body scent. Sex is as necessary as food for a good and healthy life. NOUMAN |
In the nearest future it will be legalised. Time shall tell. |
You want to spoil someone's market. If you are scared of giving it to your kids, give it to them intermittently. Please remember water too. |
I'm just curious and perplexed to ask my fellow Nairalanders, can we experience accident free-day in lagos. Is it possible? Or are we to blame the congesting nature of the state? Don't we have more states or areas around the world that is more congesting, that is Accident- free? I know some many factors come to play, that's true, however, are we to conclusively say, that mishaps has come to say in this part of the world? No remedy? Remember this accident is killing person(s) property and it can be anybody. The forum is open for evaluation, dialogue and critique. |

Hello everyone, today been the 3/1/2017. This new year oo. That's so fresh, guys am in Port Harcourt and I got this ugly experience. I was heading to Garrison to make a purchase in that "park n shop" that's located there. What I had with me was #300 to be precise. I thought to my self if I should do POS or have some handy cash on me. I decided to do the latter, I was in a cab heading towards that direction when I alighted and decided to make use of the Zenith Atm located @ Aba road, the one that is opposite to Corpus Christi Cathedral. Guys, guess what, when I got there, I got the normal Atm pattern if u want to Withdraw or check account balance; I chose withdraw immediately I did so, my Unity Bank Atm got trapped in the Zenith bank's Atm machine, I was wow. I called on the security guy around he told me some crap that is NEW CBN policy, when u use another Card in another machine and the machine finds it suspicious it would trap the card. I said to him, what are u saying am I kid, am i learning how to use Atm? I did the normal thing, moreover this card have been making use of it. Is expiring 2018. And the card is good.the guy was busy saying it's Can policy. One Banker(seems that is in charge of Atm machine) was saying "bros that's the policy, I was like what policy, am not getting it. Some persons with different Atm card that is not of Zenith were now scared to make use of theirs. My question is what offence have I committed? Or are they saying withdraw with ur bank. I still don't understand. Please I need enlightenment. Which way Nigeria, remember the card is in good condition, have done more than a dozen withdrawal with that card. They are not thinking if it's from their Machine. What they know is that once ur card is trapped, the problem is and must be from ur card. Please I need assistance, cos it might be u,ur friend, relative or neighbour tomorrow. If possible move it to Front page for some thoughtful contribution. Thanks |

I have been thinking of this, for so long a time. Nairalanders, have we given this question a thought, how do they generate Power(light) in the Government house(s). I mean federal and state wise, hitherto we are familiar with the fact that even Nepa uses Generator, funny, but true, now am thinking deeply that if the government house(s) toe the line of Nepa by using Generator do we feel we are entitled to bash the government because they themselves are in the same mess, if otherwise, they are using Nepa who takes there bills.. Remember if I knew the answers I won't be asking, I need my friends, freniemies and like-minds to please give me answers if any, because I think we are been deceived by the PRIVELDEGED FEW... Promising what they themselves don't have, in essence am saying concerning power, can one give what they don't have? plz moderator take it to front page for people to see. thanks |
