Cattle rearing is a private business, just like fishery, farming, piggery, fishery and the likes.
I hope the data shows and justify the 11,000 hectares of land being allocated for cattle rearing, a personal business venture.

If it's actually about job creation, we should see the data that shows the Enugu people are into this business.

It has bin said right from time, leave what is for God to God and leave what is for ceaser to ceaser. For me, once a church ventures into another pursuit asides winning souls for christ and spreading the word, that is no longer a church. Don't get me wrong, am not saying that the pastors can't pursue other ventures, but it should be separated from the church.

Very true churches are registered as a non profit organisations in civilised sane countries I don't think the govt will give them approval to go into manufacturing.

Cattle rearing is a personal business, I see no reason the government should fund such project. Nigeria is not the only country where private citizens rear cattles, so why should it be any different ?
I hope the government will also provide the same amount of funding for private citizens rearing pigs, fishes and dogs.
Most Enugu folks I know are into buying and selling and mostly commerce. What percentage of Enugu people are into cattle rearing ?
