I think the judgement is faulty. The tenure of the former exco ended since 4 years and they remained in position. Even Abure whose tenures ended and conducted an election was later removed. I think the appeal or SC will say otherwise because you really can't build something on nothing.

The court has also ruled on that case previously and the former chairman and his exco won.
