All these won't work. In fact, you are creating more lies to cover lies and it's now getting Nigerians irritated and having negative perception of Rabiu and the BUA brand so badly that I now start pitying the shareholders of BUA.

The questions are that you were importing cheap unrefined sugar to cheat your competitors and for more than a decade you didn't cultivate most of the sugar plantations as mandated in the National Sugar Master Plan while you kept taking concessions on duties and Fx in criminal breach of the law and the National Sugar Master Plan.

Clearing these serious allegations will not be by sending paid public relations handlers to Nairaland to post edited videos.

Invite the agencies of government to come see your books even if they are foot dragging.Especially EFCC,invite them and if you are clean and not actually committing crime and economic sabotage of Nigeria as most of us Nigerians suspect, sue Dangote, Flour Mills Nigeria Plc and the journalist.

I do not want to believe that you are doing all these because you have skeletons in your cupboard to hide. If you do, then you have not learnt from history. You will lose all las las.

Reason it doesn't matter.

1. Crypto currency doesn't require third parties to transact or to store currency in hardware wallet.

2. Peer to peer exchanges still opperate.

3. Unless the government shuts down the internet transactions will continue.

4. Less taxes and fees for holders of Crypto since middle men are cut out.

5. DeFi (decentralized finance) is inevitable.

This is how true recession should indicate not like the last recession of GEJ that the real sector of the economy was shutting down and most companies declaring losses yet bank profits, to my amazement, were hitting the roof top in a bizarre manner. Now we know that the bizarre profits banks made during the GEJ era recession were made from those who stole public funds and used the banks as conduit to launder it.
It appears Emefiele and PMB pair and EFCC and NFIU pair have closed the pipes for such monumental unpatriotic connivance between our banks and those who steal public funds.

On the stock exchange now, companies in the real sector have fairly comparable profit and decline in profits like the banks.

The Nigerian Central Bank’s crypto-currency policy that was passed on Friday instructed Nigerian banks to stop the facilitation of transactions between Nigerians and crypto currency wallets and exchanges for crypto currency products and services. This has left the country with one of the largest crypto currency markets in the world by transaction volume, scrambling for solutions.

Buycoins, the one and only crypto-currency exchange in Nigeria has just announced a new deposit and withdrawal system that will enable Nigerians buy and sell crypto currencies despite the ban.

BREAKING!!! Femi Fani-Kayode Finally Joins APC

By Wisdom Nwedene

Former Minister Of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has finally dumped the People's Democratic Party, PDP for the ruling Party, All Progressives Congress, APC, IGBERE TV can authoritatively report.

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello made this known while addressing APC members in the State after he revalidated his APC membership.

IGBERE TV recalls that Yahaya Bello and other top APC Stakeholders had visited Fani-Kayode early this week.

A source that spoke with IGBERE TV on the condition anonymity revealed that bearing any moment from now, Fani-Kayode will officially join APC.

He noted that all plans have been perfected for him to rejoin APC.

More details soon....

STAY WITH IGBERE TV. AFRICA'S NO1 COMMUNITY TV.
One ward he can't deliver and if he is planning to join from Kogi or Abuja, let's see.
One things is certain, PDP won't miss him because he had zero electoral value .

The PDP turned APC governor man who brought him has better be ready by time he turns on him.

So this is why they are insisting on membership revalidation

CotenantNIG:
Have you tried to buy land in some parts of Lagos and have been told to pay Omo-Onile Signing Fees Like this Below

https://pwanmax.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/OMONILE-FEES-480x630.jpeg

Who are Omo-Onile?
Omo onile  in Yoruba means “the child of the landowner.” Thus, an individual indigene of any specific Yoruba settlement may sell the portion of the family land appropriated to him or her.

The fear of Omo Onile is the beginning of wisdom for land developers in Lagos. Even with the best of education and your eyes wide open, you might discover that you have bought your land from ‘charlatans and impostors.’ The doctrine that governs the land market in Lagos is ‘buyers beware’. The multiple sale of land by branches of the same family is not generally considered a heinous crime but a minor side effect of African polygamy. In a house you built fifty years ago, you may one day find a fellow at your doorstep brandishing a paper called ‘court judgment’ that makes him the new owner of the land on which your property is built. The solution is ‘settlement’ that requires skillful bargaining. The possession of Certificate of Ownership is no defence in such matters.

In Some parts of Lagos, this is what you pay for

To put Foundation on the land N200,000
To collect the Deed of Assignment as proof of purchase of the land and receiving your money N200,000
To fence the property as a precaution against Land Fraudsters N150,000
To put a structure on it with Decking N200,000
To Construct a Roof on the property N160,000
Community Money for coming into their Village to buy a land N100,000

It's as if it's a crime to come to their place to buy land. I think our law is too weak to make these people to stop doing this nonsense all in the name of Omo-Onile

If you buy land at Elegushi, it's N2.5Million to just sign your document minus foundation and the rest of the nonsense they demand. In Badore, Olokonla, and areas controlled by the Olumegbon, it is N500,000 to sign your documents.

In Agungi, Osapa London, Chevron, and areas controlled by the Ojomu family, it's N1.5Million to sign your documents alone. Even those ones in the heart of Ibeju Lekki and Epe are beginning to copy their more illustrious counterparts to demand between N100,000 to N200,000 to buy land at Eleko or Free Trade Zone.

In Some part of Ikotun, Egbeda its almost N50,000
Share your Omo Onile Wahala

https://pwanmax.com/2021/02/09/omo-onile-signing-fees/
Omo Onile actually means the land owner. It is culturally believed disrespectful and equating yourself to God and your ancestors to claim you own the land.

So Omo Onile is actually the one who owns the land by inheritance and designated representative of the whole family that jointly own the land.

The ACN faction of APC is against the re-registration and their harmony on this should worry anyone thinking he has APC in his pocket. It means they have a common front and they can use the law to scuttle APC.
There has been one illegality over another illegality and it can be contested and upturned in the courts the moment anyone wants to profit from the exercise done under the caretaker chairman and governor. In the Nigerian constitution, can a sitting governor be Chairman of a political party without resigning as the governor is the first place to start?

PoliticsRe: EXCLUSIVE: How ‘poverty’ Drove Fani-kayode Back To His APC Tormentors – Sources by mrfreestuff: 5:14pm On Feb 09, 2021
happney65:
A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, is now financially broke and already sold some of his properties, SaharaReporters has gathered.

According to family sources, Fani-Kayode, who may soon join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) six years after he left for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is financially down and struggling to maintain his extravagant lifestyle.

The former minister had on Monday met with the Yobe State Governor and Chairman of the APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Mai Mala Buni and Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello at Buni’s guest house in Abuja.

The closed-door meeting, which lasted for about an hour, was brokered by Bello, who is also the Chairman of the party’s mobilisation and sensitisation committee for the ongoing membership registration and revalidation exercise.

Explaining why he met APC leaders, Fani-Kayode, a staunch critic of the ruling party, claimed the meeting centred on how to move Nigeria forward.

“Yesterday I had the honour & privilege of having a very productive & important meeting with the Nat. Chairman of the APC, Gov. Mai Buni of Yobe state & Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi state. We discussed the state of the nation, national issues, party politics & the way forward.

“These meetings are wide-ranging & ongoing & I am delighted to be involved in them. Despite the obvious benefits & wisdom in this noble initiative it amazes me that some people should feel that it is wrong for me to sit with other leaders in the country to discuss issues which touch and concern the national cohesion, future and stability of our country.

“This is a time in which we must set all our differences aside, build bridges and come together as one lest our country drifts into fratricidal butchery and civil war. It is right & proper for us to talk & to attempt to join hands across political, religious & regional lines to save Nigeria,” he posted on Twitter.

However, sources revealed that the former minister, apart from being broke, is also afraid of getting the ‘Olisa Metuh treatment’ meted out to him in his ongoing multi-billion naira corruption cases.

Metuh, a former National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, was convicted of money laundering by a Federal High Court in Abuja in February 2020.

Metuh and his company, Destra Investment Limited, had been prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for the N400 million he allegedly received from the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) in 2014.

However, the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, in December 2020, nullified the seven-year jail sentence given to the former PDP spokesperson, saying the Justice Okon Abang was biased in the handling of the cases.

Fani-Kayode was arraigned in 2016, alongside a former Minister of State for Finance, Nenadi Usman; Danjuma Yusuf, and a firm, Joint Trust Dimensions Ltd over N4.9bn alleged fraud.

The former minister, who was also the Director of Publicity for ex-President Goodluck Jonathan’s presidential campaign organisation for the 2015 election, was accused of conspiring with the others to, directly and indirectly, retain various sums which the EFCC claimed they ought to have reasonably known were proceeds of crime.

In one of the counts, the defendants were accused of conspiring among themselves to “indirectly retain the sum of N1,500, 000,000.00 which sum you reasonably ought to have known forms part of the proceeds of an unlawful act to wit: stealing.”

The four were also accused of indirectly retaining N300m, N400m and N800m, all proceeds of corruption, according to the EFCC.

Fani-Kayode was accused of directly using parts of the money at various times, including N250,650,000.00, which he allegedly used between March 20 and 25, 2015.

He was also accused of making a cash transaction of N24m with one Olubode Oke, said to still be at large, on February 12, 2015 “to Paste Poster Co of 125, Lewis Street, Lagos Island.”

The duo were said to have made the transaction without going through any financial institution, an act the EFCC claimed was contrary to sections 1(a) and 16(d) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act, 2012, and punishable under Section 16(2)(b) of the same Act.

Months later, the former minister was rearrested and solely arraigned on five counts bordering on money laundering to the tune of N26 million.

According to the EFCC, Fani-Kayode allegedly received the sum of N26 million from the office of the former National Security Adviser (ONSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.) in 2014.

“He is currently broke, when he was broke during the former President Olusegun Obasanjo era, he started attacking Obasanjo until he was offered a position which fuelled his drug filled lifestyle. As soon as he got a job with Obasanjo, he started attacking Prof. Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe. That was why Obasanjo said what politicians need to do for Fani-Kayode to hail them is to give him food,” a source told SaharaReporters.

“Years after, he started attacking former President Goodluck Jonathan. Jonathan’s wife was so scared of him that she begged her husband to employ him, that was why he was made the spokesman for the PDP’s presidential campaign committee.

“When APC came on board, he started attacking President Muhammadu Buhari because of the various corruption cases against him but the late chief of staff, Abba Kyari, was shielding him from trial. Now that Kyari is dead and his trial is progressing well, he is afraid that he might get Metuh’s treatment. He is expected to be in court on February 23 and 24, 2021. He doesn’t want to go to prison.

“In addition, he is very broke. I hope you are aware he just had a new baby. He doesn’t even have money for the unknown wife and baby’s upkeep. So, he started reaching out to APC stalwarts. He also told some of us that journalists conspired against his nationwide tour of states where he was initially making money.”

SaharaReporters, however, gathered that some APC chieftains, especially the powerful northern oligarchs don’t want him to return to the party.

They accused him of being in the habit of insulting President Buhari and people of the northern region for several years.

Fani-Kayode was last year attracted public criticism for his verbal assault on Eyo Charles, a journalist with Daily Trust, for asking him the source of funding of his recent tours during a press conference in Calabar, Cross River State.

Apart from describing Charles as "stupid", the former minister used other derogatory words on the journalist, drawing criticisms from far and near.

The journalist had asked him if he was being bankrolled by any politician or political group – a question that attracted verbal assault from the ex-minister.

“I’m saying this live on TV, put that thing down, what kind of stupid question is that? Bankrolling who? Do you know who you are talking to? I will not take any further questions from this man. Who do you think you are talking to? Go and report yourself to your publisher. I don’t want to take questions from this man, very stupid,” he said.

“I could see from your face before you got here how stupid you are. Don’t ever talk to me like that. I’m not a poor man and will never be, bankroll who? A former minister, a lawyer, don’t ever try that with me again, see me well, don’t ever. You are very rude, it’s not the standard of Daily Trust at all and I will report you to your publisher.”

The former minister eventually bowed to public pressure and apologised for his conduct.

SaharaReporters also exposed how his fourth marriage with Precious, his fourth wife, exploded over domestic violence that lasted for six years.

Sources told SaharaReporters that Fani-Kayode started physically abusing the ex-beauty queen from the first year of their marriage, the same fate that befell her predecessors.

The violence, it was gathered, increased as the years went by.

FFK, as the ex-minister is often referred to, was said to have ordered Precious to abort her last pregnancy, claiming it did not belong to him.

The sources said Precious ignored him but got beaten, including being hit in the belly for the recalcitrance.

A source said Fani-Kayode always hit the woman violently in the presence of their home helps and sometimes threatened her with a gun by sticking the weapon in her mouth to warn her against squealing.

He sometimes instructed his bodyguard to hit the ex-beauty queen.

Fani-Kayode’s first wife, Saratu Attah, whom he married when he was 22, was also regularly pummeled by him.

Sources said the woman, daughter of the late Adamu Attah, was viciously beaten for requesting a swimming pool in their home on Marine Road in Apapa, Lagos.

FFK's next marriage was to Yemisi Odesanya, daughter of a judge. She is now known as Yemisi Wada after remarrying.

In newspaper interviews, the woman told stories of Fani-Kayode's viciousness and lack of care for their daughters, the reason for which he was excluded from the marriage of one of them, Temitope, in 2014.

Despite the disconnect between him and the children, the former minister never fails to advertise his "love" for them on Facebook on their birthdays.

He no longer uses VGC Lagos ward again.
Those guys just lost him after voting against his party twice in a presidential election.
There is no way his ward in Ikene would have ever embarrassed him that way.

Has Lagos ever been under attack by anyone?

Is IPOB operational I'm any SW communities. I'm permitted to speak thankfully I'm not an igbo. Please speak up and answer before you continue to Stoke flames of war

Would it be too much to demand justice for the lives of those the armies killed knowing fully well the protest and the spirit behind the protest was never against the yoruba people?

I don't see myself entering into a form of friendships with a Yoruba ever again in this lifetime. I rather deal with the igbos whatever their flaws maybe, atleast those stand for something however the measures they seek in pursuing their cause.

Good day
I think you should search online for the audio of their leader calling for the burning of Lagos before the carnage. Those places he mentioned in the audio are now burnt.
I don't think it's the Igbo as a race but if IPOB is dragged in, it will be because of that offensive audio and its subsequent fallout.

I will not be part of or support attack on my Igbo brothers and sisters but IPOB, as a terror group, going by that audio, has a case with the burning down of Lagos.

The price for liberty is eternal vigilance.

Now the real stakeholders in Lagos who will be badly hurt if Lagos succumbs to the terror campaign are making a stake.

LCC workers should even do vigil there to take on those who want them and their family to die of hunger. Those who want LCC to remain shut forever are in business 24hrs. For example Saharareporters is in business but wants LCC to remain shut forever. How is that just?

He just wants to be in the news. He has a ward and ward Chairman or he wants to join APC from Abuja to fight a sitting APC governor?

Stop this useless copy and paste that undermines real potentials.

Classroom knowledge is not true test of ingenuity.

First, Orji Uzor Kalu is Nigeria's youngest Bank Executive - Fact

Secondly, Orji Uzor Kalu ìs the youngest man to be elected to Nigeria House of Representative from Eastern Nigeria.

As I said before. It is there for you to read. Search Wikileaks about Orji Uzor Kalu and US Ambassador's report to USA. The excerpt, Orji Uzor Kalu is the only State Governor to pay mobilization fund for State's capital projects. It's there for all to read.

Whatever reimbursement is a matter of audit and balancing. Not these political infighting and trials
Just advice him to repent. He is not different from the other governors of PDP who are now ex-convicts.

I cringed the day zenith bank official presented the several evidences of how he authorized the movement of Abia state funds into his private accounts and companies. Dariye didn't even commit as much theft as Kalu yet Dariye is languishing in jail.

Which Nigerians? I am not part of those feeding from gaslighting because of 2023 presidency Mr Sowore wants to contest for.
I hope corporate organisations that give their businesses premises for public protest will learn from the horrible business decisions taken by LCC.

LCC employees have been at home for months now yet those who formented trouble and spread fake creatives of dead bodies loaded in hilux have moved on. Even Mr Sowore's business, Saharareporters, is running smoothly and making more money from this campaign yet he wants another person's business shut forever.

If you are a LCC employee and you don't go and fight, even physically beat these political protesters and fight for your livelihood survival that day before they kill you with hunger from their horrible hypocritical politics , you will regret it. In fact, you are disloyal to the company.

LCC that is just a victim of circumstance is now their target just because they think it is owned by their political opponent Tinubu.
DSS should by now start picking them up even before their day of political protest.

Police should arrest and prosecute them if they dare try disrupt the business of LCC.
