i made a deposit to my bet9ja account using my skye bank app and after due consultation and personal reason, i needed to withdraw the money back to my skye bank. This is the fourth time i have tried making withdrawals yet it has constantly been declined.
I have contacted there customer service and they are telling me i must place a bet.
i have carefully read their terms and conditions and there is no where i am compelled to bet before i can withdraw my money.

In their terms and conditions, it states that,
